Sky Zone Trampoline Park

The water has been on the floor for well over an hour. Sky zone employees are walking around the water and has not attempt to mop the water up off the floor. Someone could fall and really injure themselves.

Arrived 20 minutes early per our hosts directions. There is a line to the right upon entry, so we stood in it. After 15 minutes, we got to the person at the computer. They told us we had stood in the wrong line, go over there (pointing) and input your information and sign your life (and kids) away and then come back with a receipt. Ok, line 2, 5 minutes, done. Back to line 1, 5 minutes and we get our socks.
Typical meeting before play — don’t kill yourself & if you do, its not our fault. Follow him to your location. So, the kids have their own set of trampolines. Cool, but boring. They want to be over where there is foam to jump in, a tight wire, a basketball hoop, etc. So, off they went. Play time 1 hour (period).
Next comes the pizza, cake ect. You MUST buy their pizza ($ 20/​ea) and soda pop ($ 8/​pitcher), but can bring in the cake/​cupcakes. The employee will serve you. IF you didn’t plan with the right amount of pizza/​soda — get out your wallet. Eating time, 30 minutes (period) and don’t forget to take your shoes with you.
Overall, the girls preferred Scooter’s Jungle over this (similar format and money proposition). After talking to the parent, I think he did too.
For me, I waited for my daughter to be done. The game was on, so at least that was available, but not enough seating for parents. We could buy snacks if desired, but you need a small loan in order to do so. I felt the employees were good and tried hard to make all the people happy. The biggest problem that I had was the amount of people inside. 50 less people and I might have been able to stand in the same spot without being overrun by kids/​parents/​strollers. But, seriously, I needed a new pair of shoes anyway.

It’s certainly different from anything I’ve ever experienced, so it gets points for that. Kids are everywhere and are running around and screaming like crazy. I went for the workout/​aerobics class with a few friends and that at least was totally kid free. Only complaint is that while the instructor obviously meant well, it was impossible to hear her over the loud music. I don’t mind the music, but it might be worth it to have the instructor wear a wireless mic to a PA system in the fitness area. One thing that was incredibly amusing were all the couples that came for the class, but only the girls worked out and the dudes sat around playing on their phones. As the only male in the class, I can tell you that it felt awesome to be having fun and working out with a bunch of cute, smiling women. Seriously, you bring a date here, join them for the fun, you’ll both walk away sore, but happy.

Purchased a birthday package and first time here considering all these, everything was smooth and a great experience for all my jumpers and guest. If I had to say anything to improvement on I would say that more seating is needed for ppl that are not jumping. Our party host was very friendly, and helpful. And even though they make you sign a waiver employees on the tramps. try to keep an organized safe experience.

Cool for ages 6 and up. Great staff! 30mins long enough, 1 hour for more energy filled kiddo

Update ¹²⁄₁₅: Jonathan reached out to me to rectify the situation. I appreciate the business taking their customers serious enough so I can give this place another chance, although probably without my child due to Toddler Time availability.
My experience at SkyZone was terrible, especially for it being my first time here. I’m so upset I spent money at a place where I couldn’t enjoy time with my child. My boyfriend & our 2 year old came, paid, and were explained basic rules of one person per square, no phones while jumping, and that some areas are unavailable due to private parties, all easy rules to follow, except that wasn’t really it. The first area we went on the common area or something like that, we enjoyed for about 3 minutes before an employee said we weren’t allowed there because of the child, but the foam pit, basketball area, and rings were fine. There’s a special area for toddlers to jump, but you can’t jump with them, you pay $ 18 to stand there and watch kids trample yours. After standing around for about 20 mins we thought the foam pit sounded fun. Except they really expected me to leave my toddler to go into the foam pit and get out alone, but before i knew this I was helping him in when an employee stopped me to say I couldn’t do that either. By this time it’d been about 30 minutes and I’d already been stopped twice. Why weren’t these rules given to me when I bought my tickets and they saw me with a toddler? Why didn’t the guy who went over the «rules» make sure i knew where I could and couldn’t be. A third employee jumped in to mention toddler time, weekdays between 10 – 12. I’m a full time employee and student at a university, I can’t stop my life to come to toddler time. People who can afford 18 $ a person tend to have full time jobs to adhere to. I kept being interrupted when I wanted to enjoy our family time together, and the more we got stopped the more I felt like we weren’t wanted there. I asked to speak to a manager, but I was told his name was Morris and he was unavailable. No one offered me his card or a supervisor, but were quick to stop me when I was trying to have fun. I am never coming back, and hope a member of management sees this and contacts me. Having rules is fine, but they need to be thoroughly explained before I spent $ 52 for 60 minutes of jumping, 40 of which were spent being lectured and interrupted by multiple employees. I will make sure to tell other families to avoid this place because they don’t want you or your kids here.

If I hadn’t already purchased the Groupon for this place I would not have stayed! First, when you walk in there is the cashier station. You have to wait in line to pay like any other place. At the start of the line there is a table and section for handouts and pamphlets. There is also a notice to fill out a waiver. There are no paper waivers to fill out and no indication that there is a completely different line that you have to stand in to fill one out. The computer station for this is past the cashiers section and near the snack/​drink area. If you have never been there before you would have no idea.
Anyways, after standing in the cashier line for 20 minutes, I was told to go to the other line, fill out the waivers, then stand in the cashiers line again! To me that was not right. I questioned why it is no specifically stated to go stand in line for waivers first and the girl just shrugged. Terrible customer service!
So again because I had already paid, I went over to the waiver section. There were three computers available but a large group was using all of the machines. I asked a worker if there was another section or if someone could ask the party to use just one machine. She said no. That is when I asked for the manager because honestly, the group should not have been allowed to take all three machines and cause a back up of other people.
This is where it got really really bad! The «manager» Jonathan, came over. First I asked if he could ask the group to use one computer. He said I just had to wait. Excuse me but I am sorry, if I were the manager I would have completely understood. I would have asked the large party (we are talking over 40 people in their group), to please utilize one machine so that the smaller groups could get checked in. The next question I asked was why it is not clearly marked or indicated at the entrance that you have to go to an alternate section, beyond the cashiers register to fill out waivers. I said it was really inconvenient to a new person going there to have to stand in line for 20 minutes only to be told they have to go and stand in an alternate line then come back and wait again. His response was that hundreds of people go in without any problems.
I could not believe it, not even an apology. Basically he told me it was my fault for not knowing that there was a whole different area for waiver sign ups. I told him that they would be seeing a bad Unilocal review, Groupon would be receiving a complaint, and that I would never go back to their facility. He told me, and I quote, «Your threats don’t scare or bother me and if you don’t want to come back then what ever.» He laughed, in front of other guests, and walked away leaving me humiliated in front of strangers, but more importantly my kids.
I wasn’t asking for a refund, I wasn’t asking for freebies, I was simply asking why things weren’t clearly indicated and why a large group was allowed to use all stations and prevent other guests from checking in and he treated me with no respect. To laugh at a customer that is bringing complaints and concerns to your attention should be treated properly.
I will be filing a BBB complaint specifically for these reasons. The owners of this franchise should know exactly who is running there location. Needless to say we ended up leaving and contacting Groupon.

Im torn on this review. 1 star for the service, 5 stars for the experience once you get through the BS.
The good:
— Its super fun! Better than I expected. We played dodgeball and jousting and it was really awesome.
— The people assisting the games are great.
The Bad:
— People that answer the phone are zombies. Do not expect much. If you have a question that would require thinking, ask for a manager. Be prepared to be on hold for a good 15 minutes. It took me an hour and 20 minutes to reserve a court.
— It takes forever to register on site. Do this online. It will save you alot of time.

Place was crap. Don’t waste your money. I came early on Saturday morning with my neices and nephews the place is run by teenagers. The kids were only allowed in a certain section– since the other parts were not cleaned yet. At one point the kids were moved to another area since they did not have enough staff to accomodate the section. Then my kids had enough people for dodgeball and were the same age range the manager hesitated and said he didnt have enough staff to supervise that area. One other employee said he would go. It was also ridiculous to have everyone go back into the registration line to pay for food items and then line up in front of the concession stand. Poorly run– will never return.

I went for aerobics, and was not disappointed. I am accustomed to doing Group Ex classes and rocking them, but this initial experience was challenging and tiring. We had a general aerobics instructor, however, the constant bouncing, and requests for double-​time, had me wanting to quit after 20 minutes. This is DEFINITELY worth doing again. Great workout!

WOW! This place amazes me all the time. From the customer service and professionalism to the great time i spend with my family. I would like to thank Evan for making me and my family experience so great. Hes a really nice person. He walks around and say hi to everyone and he make sure that everyone is really enjoying themselves. I also want to take the young lady at the register name kelcy she was so very nice and helpful.
I highly recommend coming here with your family. Thank you again Evan and kelcy for being so great!

We have been to many different trampoline parks for birthday parties and just for fun. This was our first time at a Sky Zone and I don’t think I would ever come back! We came here for a birthday party, but I think this review would apply to a lot of people, especially those with toddlers.
Here are the pros:
When you arrive for the birthday party, they have a separate check-​in counter. They also have a section of bleachers for everyone to wait until it’s time to jump. I also liked that they had a cart to place gifts, shoes, bags, etc.
The cons:
They don’t have AC in the jump area, only in the party room area. The day we went it was pretty hot (maybe high 80s) and humid INSIDE. Also, they have a lot of items at the snack bar, but for some reason they don’t sell water. They do have water fountains, but if you want more than a sip then be sure to bring your own.
They said that one «Non-​jumper» could go in with my toddler. I asked what a non-​jumper meant, and was told that I would be able to accompany my child in the 6 and under area but I wasn’t allowed to jump. Umm okay… so I asked if I could just purchase a jump pass for myself so that I could jump. They said sure, but you won’t be able to jump with your child and I would shave to jump in the 13 & up area. So I just took the non-​jumper sticker since I wanted to be with my son. Once we were in the jump area, there were so many other rules!
Non-​jumpers can only stand on the perimeter (This is really hard when you have a toddler and they are expecting you to jump or at least stand next to them)
Only one person per jump square.
No running or jumping for square to square.
No leaning on anything.
No sitting.
No photos.
This place is definitely not worth it if you have a toddler or if you’re expecting to have a family day having fun together.
The two stars are for the birthday party check-​in process and the staff that assisted with the party.

Came here with my kids and some of their friends because of a Groupon deal they had. It was worth it with the deal otherwise it’s a bit pricey when you have a few kids to bring. I’m glad they’re over using the shoe deal and now you must buy their socks. Much more sanitary. It gets a but crazy on weekends. Too many people in there at once and it gets overwhelming. You really only need the hour pass at most. After all that jumping, an hour you will feel worn out.
Cool place overall just wish the price was a little more reasonable and they would limit the amount of jumpers inside at once so you could enjoy it more.

Complete waste of time and money.
I cannot jump with my toddler. I cannot jump with my 7 year old. My kids couldn’t jump in the same area… what’s the point then. The staff is not friendly, they were always watching your every move. Kept throwing unwritten rules at me. One member tells you one thing and another tells you differently. Stay away!

Skyzone is an awesome place to work up a sweat and feel like a kid again. I went one time before with my good friends Stephanie and Dana. This time I took my children and eldest grandson.
The kids enjoyed themselves. The foam pit was the little ones favorite activity. My teenage son enjoy the Dodge ball room. I enjoyed watching them having a good time.
The staff are all friendly and helpful. They make sure you abide by the rules. There’s alot of rules. Alot of safety precautions.
They have a snack shop that also serves Pa John’s pizza. $ 2.50 a slice. All kinds of candy and drinks. Everything you need for a sugar rush and thirsty quencher. Nice eating area. Complete with massage chairs.
They have storage locker for $ 2.00 a hour. The locker are spacious too… Good deal.

A few tips, do waiver online, saves alot of time. Put on extra deodorant, you will sweat and perspire. Please don’t hurt yourself trying to show off.

Came here for a birthday party. Plenty of Parking off of Western. And can get pretty crowded but it’s different when you book a party vs free play.
Would come back only for a party

The place is clean and well-​staffed. The registration process is a little slow — due to the thoroughness of checking liability releases, etc. In my personal opinion the staff working the front desk needs a little bit of training to expedite the process. However, they are polite, thorough, attentive and wear a smile at all times.
The trampolines as well staff as well. The kids are instructed with respect regarding the rules and the rules and enforced respectfully as well.
I took a group of kids from church and they had a WONDERFUL time!

Jump! Jump! Sky Zone makes you want to jump jump! And get down!
Calling kids of all ages and adults that think they’re still kids. You will love this place! Have you ever felt like you could just bounce off the walls… well now you actually can! Sky zone has wall to wall trampolines, a huge foam pit, a SkySlam court, ultimate dodge ball and SkyRobics fitness classes.
Just take off your shoes and enter the play area in the mandatory Sky zone socks. (Don’t worry they give you new socks)
You can play dodgeball on screen or in a game with other people. I had a blast jumping on the trampolines and enjoyed the huge foam pit. The only thing I didn’t love was we could only go one at a time in each lane for the foam pit.
Speaking of the rules,
you won’t be able to bring objects to the trampolines like cell phones, as you can see from our pictures, we clearly did. We were rebels that day being bad rule breakers!
Things to keep in mind; this is a workout, you are moving nonstop! Hopefully having a blast like we were doing!
They had complimentary valet, anything free is always great and lockers for $ 0.25 cents. They aren’t trying to rob you of all the money you have in the bank! This place is guaranteed good time!

Kids are wearing you down to the bone? Return the favor here.
Sky Zone is a wonderful spot to basically jump around until you simply can’t anymore. Its wall to wall trampolines and pits of giant pieces of foam to jump in to. Its an exceptionally great place to celebrate a kids party too!
SZ offers all sorts of birthday packages to choose from and yep the staff is friendly too.
We reserved an hour of jumping for a group of 10 tweeners for my oldest kiddo’s birthday celebration. SZ set us up with pizza, 3 pitchers of soft drinks and kiddo got a free t shirt to boot. Heck even I got to join in on the mayhem cause a kid couldn’t make it. It was a wonderful time!
Also, if you’re a grown up and aren’t too crazy about being around a bunch of mocosos (kids), no worries. The areas are separated by age.
Overall: I say channel your inner Kangaroo and definitly stop by for a quick hop yourself or wear your kids down with exhaustion.
