Disappointed with the service I received from Rotex. I was told that they could repair a starter for me and mailed it off to them. A week after they received the starter, they informed me that there was a crack in the housing, but that it would not affect the performance of the unit. I did not hear back from them until I called them back to check on the status of the starter 2 and a half weeks later, only to be informed that they ran in to a problem that they could not fix shortly after finding the crack in the housing and did not bother to inform me. A phone call from them with regard to the status of my part would have been very much appreciated in addition to the return of the part as soon as they found the problem they couldn’t fix. Instead, I had to call to get my part returned to me. Now, I have a customer that has been waiting for the starter for 3 and a half weeks and am stuck back at square one. But to be honest I was very disappointed in the run around they kept giving me i had to keep calling back after they told me they would call me and let me know about a certain part I needed, then said I can drive 30 mins away to buy a whole new certain particular part i needed and 4 the same price and it wasent cheap might i add! I’m guessing it was a place they partner up with idk. but like that is why I’m going to you aren’t you suppose to get the part… they kept saying oh we might get your part give me half an hour and the half hour never came. almost 2 days later… so I just decided to pick up my old part and take it else where to get fixed are get the part I needed I gave them 2 stars only because he was a friendly man… hopefully they come up with a better service of getting back to there costumers.
I actually found the part for $ 150 cheaper right down the street I didn’t have to drive 30 minutes away where they were trying to send me and a plus that I saved money..

Been dealing with them for years and have always received great customer service. They have everything you need from alternators, to batteries, to brakes, to starters and axles. They have an on ground shop in the back that can make new, rebuilt and custom parts while you wait. They are also available to order things that they may not sell regularly. The owner Don is extremely knowledgeable and is able to find just about any part for any car. Often times, if he doesn’t sell it he can refer to places that do. Also, he often suggests places where repair work can be done.

I bought an alternator from them. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great price and great customer service! Would highly recommend!
