It’s decent. Walking distance. In the 99 cent store shopping center. Jenny is like everyone’s favorite. She does amazing. Gentle hands. The prices are moderate. Other places are cheaper. They are never mean they will even converse with you. Good people. Never rude. I’m getting my feet done by the older guy right now. Thank you.

Worst service ever. Ended up leaving after a half hour with nothing done even though I was told there was no wait. Then a regular customer came in and I pushed back and they took her right away. I will never go back there again.

Cindy did a fantastic job on my French manicure and pedicure and she didn’t ask me a million questions and just let me relax and enjoy my me time. I will be back.

Come at your own risk I came during my birthday weekend to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. While they did an excellent job with my eyebrows, the mani/pedi was horrible they only lasted a few days(I personally believe they use cheap polish) but I was not satisfied and will not return

UPDATE… Do not go to this place!!! Horrible service and regular customers will be given priority over you! There are better places in Gardena. Went to this place yesterday because my nail lady at Famous nails is on vacation and my nails needed some love. The prices are not bad, but you definitely get what you pay for. My nails look nice, but they cut me twice so 2 of my fingers are super sore today and I keep cleaning them with alcohol to make sure nothing gets infected. Also, I got a gel manicure and parts of the gel were stuck to my fingers. I had to go home and use clippers and tweezers to peel it off and then had to file down all the rough edges they left on my nails. Last thing… manicures are supposed to be relaxing… but I had 3 men who worked at the shop who apparently had nothing to do hovering over the table while the lady did my nails… all of them speaking a language I didn’t understand. It was very uncomfortable. I doubt I will be back to this place any time soon.

I love this place. Kathy does the eyelashes and out of all the places I’ve ever been she is the most gentle. I also get acrylics with Gel and a pedicure regularly at this place. They’re all great and friendly but I really love the way Ivan does my nails the best. But no matter who does them they turn out nice. They have a great selection of Gel Colors and add ons.

This place is horrible. I’ve came here a couple times with the hope that it would improve but sadly it didn’t! Every time I came here they would cut me and make me bleed. They also give horrible customer service to my mom! The owner here, Jenny is so rude! All she cares about is the money! She does my nails really ugly. She isn’t welcoming at all. Just by her look makes you want to run out! They charge for using your debit card. They also are really dirty too! Never coming here again! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

attitude: rude cleanliness: NOT quality: sucks they don’t understand/speak english, re-use tools(yea they might wash it but that’s going on your feet/hands), illegally charge fees. This guy kept trying to brush the polish on my nails while the polish was clearly dried up. He didn’t get the edges of my nails and only polished the center. Mind you, it wasn’t a clear polish it looked as if he took oil paint and ran it with toothpicks. the worst part is that he kept picking on the outer areas of toes leaving my toes looking fuzzy and loose skin all around the nails… 100x worse than when I walked in. how is it they are operating this business?

This place is disgusting and I will be reporting it to the dept of health. they dont clean the tools in between the customers and use others nasty clippers etc on others. The women threw the water from my hands down into the tub that my feet were soaking. I am a doctor and I would make sure they go out of business!

I’ve come here for years for eyebrow waxing. Jenny is the owner. She’s really nice. Always takes me no matter how busy she is. Only charges $ 6 for the eyebrow waxing. I’m always greeted by her staff when I walk in. Nice place. Always clean too.

BEWARE!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! The guy who sits in the front chair is nasty and unsanitary. He wipes his nose with his bare hand in the middle of doing your nails and doesn’t wash his hands. He does not listen to how you want your nails. He basically does his own thing w/o caring how you want them. He cut me and made me bleed and just let me bleed. Didn’t explain how to care for this open cut. He is very inconsiderate and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are 2 other nailshops on the same street(Von’s shopping center) and I’ll just go to them. If I could give this place NOSTARS I would!

Worst nail job EVER. If I could give it zero stars I would. First of all, the tools aren’t sanitized. Second, they cut my toe nails way too short and unevenly. Third, $ 15 for a crappy job on only a pedicure I think is a rip-off. I could have done a better job myself. The nail Polish is old and they don’t even try to make is clean around your skin when they apply the clear coat. Awful.

Just moved to the area so I am looking for a new nail salon. This place was such a disappointment. Not only was it dirty, the environment and experience was unpleasant. I called in for prices to get shellac and for my toes done and I was quoted $ 35 total. Thinking it was so cheap I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I walked in, it looked dirty and empty. As I sat down on the massage chair that felt really old, I was handed a bowl of acetone. They lady kept telling me to dump my whole hand in there to get my shellac off. This is the first time that I was told to do this, instead of using the aluminum file. The lady then started scratching off my shellac which was so harsh and aggressive. I have long real nails so It felt like she was going to break them. I don’t want to go on because it gets me pretty upset. But I do not recommend going here. Oh by the way, my total came out to be $ 56 which made me really mad. The owner was saying that since I wanted shellac they would need to charge this and that… Ugh! Don’t come here!

Came here twice when I was in middle school. I had a French tip manicure which was cleeeeean! And then I had a full set;($ 20 at the time) and it was a guy technician, he was good! My nails lasted sooo long! And then I recently returned because they got spa chairs. $ 20 for both mani and pedi! Hello? IT’S A HELLOF A DEAL! The massage chair felt so good and my nails were perfect!(See pictures) highly recommend. It’s a very good price and they massage your feet and shit. If you want to feel like a God or Goddess, get the mani/pedi combo on the spa chair!

I came here on a tuesday morning around 9am and my experience was pleasant! I only wanted a manicure($ 10) and I was the only customer there so Kathy was able to take me right away. She did a great job painting my nails and they have a large assortment of polish to choose from – which is great! The shop was clean and everyone was nice for the most part. The only thing that made me feel some kind of way was that she put the lotion back into the bottle after I told her I didn’t want her to use it on me. I’m pretty sure they aren’t supposed to do that. Other than that, everything was okay. I will be back whenever my lady is unavailable.

I just got back from getting my New Year’s Eve nails taken off at Rose Nails. I always pass by this shop on my daily commute and decided to give this place a try. NOTE: This review is solely based on my experience of getting my nails UNDONE. I walked in and it was D-E-A-D. There were 4 employees just sitting there. It didn’t even really seem like they were conversing with each other. I asked to get my nails taken off and one of the ladies working immediately tried to up-sell me to get a manicure. What a surprise. The lady used nail clippers to start cracking the acrylics on my nails and a cuticle cutter to start peeling them off. It hurt SOMUCH when she peeled off the fakes and she did it so fast that it thinned my nails more than needed to be. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this place again. TWO of my fingers are still bleeding from this place. And they charged me $ 13 for the service.
