Ocotlan Party Rentals

I recently used Ocotlan Party Rental for a milestone birthday. Veronica was very attentive and listened to all my needs. Even when I really didn’t know what I wanted she was very sweet and made suggestions. On the day of the party she was extremely helpful and everything turned out beautiful. The Ocotlan Crew was also amazing. Everything was on time and complete with friendly service.
I then used them for a wedding out doors. I was really worried about some other elements outside but Edgar was awesome in making sure everything was secure. Victor and Miguel are also hard workers and do everything precisely with a smile. Thanks guys!

A family member ordered tables and chairs for a baby shower and they never told her what times they were picking up and dropping off and they never answered our calls or called back. When they came to drop off they barely caught me as I was leaving my house and when they came to pick up no one was home. My sister in law had to rush to the house to let them in. They basically just come when they feel like it. I had things to do and I find it unorganized that they just show up all of sudden without a call and I need to have someone rush over to my house to let them in.

Called numerous times, never returned any calls after leaving a message with my number. What kind of business is that? Called some other place already…

I love coming here for any event I have they have the best prices in town and Veronica is a sweetheart, they deliver to you and even pick it up! They were very accommodating with last min changes. If your looking where to go let me tell you this place is it.

Veronica made the process so easy and smooth. I had my tables and chairs delivered and picked up without any hiccups. Prices were really good also. Will Will definitely use them all the time now.

I used to go with some guys in long beach for my rentals I rented a waterside from them and the day of my party they called me that they couldn’t deliver it anymore like what the hell! So I got online and found ocotlan I called them and Edgar answered and even tho he was fully booked for the weekend he was able to get one out for me in time before my party started. this is definitely my new rental place!

I’ve used there service several times and its great! Their equipment is always very clean which is very important and prices are very reasonable. Will be using them again for sons bday and baptism for both my sons. The only thing is wish they were easier to get a hold of but I do understand they are busy.

I rented chairs, tables, and a tent for my sons party on 5÷30÷2015 and I loved their service. They’re super nice people! I had a Friday delivery, and Sunday pickup and I wasn’t home at the time of pick up… So they left me a note saying they stopped by. I called the next morning, and explained to Edgar that I wasn’t home and he was very understanding and didn’t charge extra. I really recommend this company. All their equipment is well taken care of, and their employees are very nice.

Talk about taking all of the trouble out of renting things for a party. I found Ocotlan Jalisco by searching rentals in Gardena. I sent out 4 requests (email and/​or voicemails) to the top options that came up. A gentleman named Edgar, the head manager, called within the hour. He was polite, helpful and wildly reasonable. The product quality that was delivered topped any that I’ve ever received, especially since there wasn’t the normal slue of contracts and redundant paperwork that typically had to take place.
I am an event planner in Newport Beach (Orange County) and I have a couple of go-​to local companies, but I will 100% use Ocotlan Jalisco for anything out of the area! Thank you for the great experience.

For the kids’ birthday party we rented a combo slide jumper for a great price especially since the delivery fee was included. We’ve used other companies and the rentals did not arrive until after the party started but with Ocotlan they delivered the day before so it was stress free and easy.

I called this place 2 hours before my event started and they saved me and my wife from having a ruined birthday party! I called Edgar and told him what was going on with the other party rental that canceled on me and he had my stuff there 2 hours later! Thanks again ocotlan party rentals! Will use you guys for all my events!

Veronica was so nice and helpful, and even drove our balloon, which was too big for our car, back to our place!

This could have been a good review, considering they had balloons that I had been looking for and couldn’t find. Sadly, when I came to pick up my order (I was an hour late to begin with), no one knew of my order, nor was it made.

This is the place to go for all of your party rental needs. Veronica was so nice and professional (not easy to come by these days)…She made the entire process easy and stress free… I needed tables and chairs for my niece’s birthday party and they delivered them exactly as planned. What was NOT planned, was the rain storm… I called her at 10:00am in a panic, asking for a tent because my party was outside and at 1:00pm. She worked her magic and had a driver at my house to set up a tent by 11:30am!!! In the rain I might add… The prices are great. I was so pleased with how they handled my urgent situation that I paid an extra 20.00 for the tent. I will use them for all of my party needs in the future. Thanks Veronica and staff :-)

Awesome customer service! Edgar gave me a great deal for my nieces 1^st bday party. He was great and their prices are very affordable. Will definitely recommend for anyone that’s looking for great service and affordability. Will return again!

Ocotlan Jalisco Party Supply is the best, from customer service down to there prices. They deliver on time and are never late. They conduct themselves in a professional manner. Most party supply companies I have gone to have been rude and late. I highly recommend them for all family parties and weddings. I’ve been going to them for two years straight!

I used Ocotlan for the first time via Unilocal a couple weeks ago for my son’s first birthday and they were great. After searching for the best deals theirs were actually the best. The chairs, tables and the bouncer were similar to other prices but they definitely had a better deal on the canopy.
The thing that got me was the friendly service when the guys dropped off the stuff the day before the event. We had car trouble and my car was stuck in the driveway and couldn’t move. The guys tried helping with our car issue but unfortunately was stuck. I felt really bad because I knew the guys had a lot to deliver but they ended up coming back a few hours later just to set up the canopy. So thank you for not giving me a hard time for returning even if you guys had a busy schedule.
Anyways I guess the only thing I can say is that I wished they delivered balloons because it’s a pain to pick up 4dz balloons. But because of the service I definitely would recommend this company to others. Thanks again and looking forward to future business.
