We waited forever to get our to go order. Then they forgot one dish. When they were going over the order everything was supposedly there. Once we got home someone didn’t have anything to eat, once we called to let them know they were SUPER rude. They really have bad customer service they never apologize after knowing it was their error. We had to drive back and pick the order, waste of time and gas. When we returned home after the second trip the food was cold and super salty. Do not recommend this place.

They didn’t sit us down and service was slow, also asked for things and they took FOREVER or forgot. Food was alright. Been to better places with better service.

Food is almost always good key world almost! They have good days and bad I guess depending on what you order. Beans are way to watery. Pastelitos de carne were not good. Pupusas were good. Reason they get one star is due to the lack of customer service. Sooooo many waiters and no service I had to get up and go tell them they forgot an item we ordered. Sad thing I wasn’t the only one who had to go hunt down someone. Won’t be coming back ok food or even amazing food doesn’t out weigh service. The remodel unfortunately did not improve the service.

Good place to eat but no type of good service ! Especially when they are full the waiters seem to no be able to Handel properly and become really rude I waited about 15 — 20 min to get my drink after I order. And when I received my food it was cold so definitely not recommended when it’s busy.

First let me say this restaurant pupusas are great, love pork with cheese and beans and cheese. If u live close to San Pedro or Wilmington there is Nuevo San Miguel 2 is located in Wilmington, I’ll try it next time.

Not sure but this place is either new or just remodeled. Very nice inside. Looks like they serve a variety of pupusas, tamales, sopas and other tasty items. Going to try a queso con chicharron pupusa and a pork tamale. Fingers crossed. Was talking with the nice lady working the order counter. She said they been open 5 years. Seems very popular as they were busy. The pupusa was pretty good… not the best I ever had but worth a try. So why did I go back a second time??? It was the tamale… it was kicking some major @$$!!! It was wrapped in banana leaves… moist well seasoned silky texture mesa with tender pork and potato inside. It is not like the traditional mexican style that I am used to but it is awesome. Ordering more for the weekend… of they last that long.
