Called Lewis this morning around 9 about a gash in the bottom rail of our couch. We exchanged text messages and sent him pictures about my needs. He came over this afternoon around 4, stitched it, and was done in 15 minutes. Awesome! Thanks again Lewis.

Excellent service! I needed to replace the leather in my car’s middle console. I found the item online and needed it put on using a staple gun. I called Loyola Auto and spoke to Louis. The same day, I went down, left my console and leather replacement, and two hours later I went by to pick it up. Bada-​Boom. Quick and easy.

Amazing work. Fast, perfect, and exactly what I wanted. I looked all over town and found a review on these guys. So glad I went here. Had them take my stock seat pan and shave down the foam. I finally found a piece of leather that I wanted to use, showed Luis a photo of what I wanted done and I came out quicker and better than I could have imagined. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Over-​promise and under-​deliver. Worked with Luis to fix 2 seats on my Porsche Cayenne. Sent him all of the pics and specs on the car prior to coming down. I was driving 30 mins to get there so I asked if he was sure that he’d have all of the materials so that I wouldn’t be wasting my time. He assured me he did. When I arrive he tells me that he was wrong and that he didn’t check the manufacture details on my car before I came down. He fixed 1 seat (the workmanship was good and at a reasonable price) but the seat that had the bigger issue (and the main reason I was there) he couldn’t do because he didn’t have the material (which was my concern from the beginning and why I confirmed with him before I came down). He told me he’d follow up by next Tuesday to let me know when he had the material. When Thursday came around and I hadn’t heard from him I contacted him and he had not followed through on getting the material.
I don’t think it’s very difficult to follow through on things like this, especially when that’s your specialty. If you can’t do a job, say so up front instead of wasting a customer’s time. Now it’s a week later and I’m left in the same place I started. Not a great experience.

My Mercedes E320 needed some serious TLC – the door handles were a mess, there was a gouge in the side door and the cover on the center console between the front seats needed replacing. Louis did a great job in quickly restoring these surfaces to like-​new quality. And when I pointed out a little area that had a small blemish (yeah, I’m picky as I want to keep my car looking good forever), he was very gracious in fixing it to my satisfaction. This kind of attention to customer service is REALLY hard to find these days, so it’s my pleasure to recommend his shop to friends, family, and anyone whose car needs some nip-​tuck action at a very reasonable price, too!

I was referred to Louis at Loyola Auto Interiors by an auto repair shop that was not able to fix my Audi A3’s broken retractable sunroof sunshade. Louis offered to meet on a Saturday morning to take a look and see if he could repair it. He determined that the full repair approach would likely require removing the headliner and removing the fixed glass sunroof to get to the shade mechanism, which could be an involved project. He came up with a quick alternative repair solution on the spot that made the shade useable, didn’t charge me for his time or material, and saved me hundreds of dollars in repair costs. Louis is an honest, knowledgeable, nice guy with good hands-​on know-​how, and I’d recommend him to anyone needing auto interior work done.

These guys went above and beyond. There had been a minor issue in my install of a soft top and Louis personally bought me and my fiancé breakfast for the inconvenience of needing to bring the car back. That is amazing customer service that you never see in L.A. A+++

I highly recommend taking your car to get fixed here. Louis was very friendly and willing to fix my car. I work in LA and a shop recommended Loyola down in Gardena to fix my sunroof because the dealer wouldnt. I had a broken sunroof that was off traction and screws lose and could not find ANYONE in LA to fix this except Loyola. He offered to take a look and wow did he exceed my expectations! Not only did he fix my sunroof but he also scrubbed pine sap off my entire car that I couldnt remove and got my car washed and vacuumed! I have already commended Loyola to friends to take your car here for any interior needs and definitely a place to visit if you have issues with your sunroof in particular. Thanks Louis and Loyola!

There have to be a couple hundred auto interior places in So. Cal. There’s one reason to choose this place: Louis Loyola. He’s an artist, actually an ARTISAN. He possesses mad skills (he could out-​sew ANY of those dwebey fruits on project runway) and he’s got a great eye — so even if you’re not sure what you want, you can trust him to come up with something tasteful. I’ve had him put a new headliner in a car that TOTALLY improved the vehicle (and helped up the resale value for more than the work actually cost!). And he just did a seat for me on a vintage honda café racer I just built that everyone says is bitchen. I almost wanna lie and say, «oh yeah, I made that… «but not of my friends would believe me. It’s too nice.

The velcro on the driver side car mat of my car ripped apart. For months I was driving with the mat pushed against my brake and accelerator pedals. Every few days I would have to get down and readjust the car mat. It was so annoying. Today, I finally decided to fix it. I found Loyola Auto Interiors online and it was close to my work. I called the shop and the owner, Luis, quoted me a price. I went down there with the mat and two velcro pieces. Luis greeted me, told me how he was going to fix it, and told me to make myself comfortable and have a seat. After a short wait, he came back and the floor mat was glued back together and fixed. We went outside and put it back in the car. It like magic, I never have to readjust it again!
I highly recommend this place! There were no surprises, service was prompt, and Luis the owner was very professional and empathetic!
