Home Alert is the epitome of incompetence which is the last thing you want in Home Security Company. I had just purchased a house with an existing ADT system and called Home Security Alert to enable and check on the equipment. My first experience started off bad and was a precursor of things to come. The first appointment I had with them they didn’t show up, without even calling to let me know they could not make it. When Home Alert finally did make the appointment to check on the equipment they didn’t bother to inform me that not all the windows had sensors!?! I also had issues with faulty equipment. I called them to come fix the equipment and complete the installation and of course they did not show for the scheduled appointment or call to inform me that they could not make. They broke their agreement for lack of service and incompetence therefore I asked for full refund. They admitted they were at fault and I have not received a refund and my calls are not returned. I had to go to my bank to claim fraud and file complaint with ADT Corporate. Do not use them!!!
