Owner sucks, staff is OK but seem a little snotty when I asked for them to take them back to the groomer because they did not do what I asked for them to do. this was my second time coming here. First time they did an okay job && they where out in 3 hours, they even added cute bows which I taught was a nice touch, I taught why not give it another try? && BOY DO I REGRET THAT ! I will NEVER set foot there again. After they kept my dog in for 7 hours in there ! Really 7 HOURS ?! I have stuff to do and couldn’t leave my place for 7 hours because I was waiting… Waiting. I understand they may have been busy but really 7 hours ?! And not even a simple phone call when I called to ask the owner if they where ready she was rude and said they where ready. So why not call me if they’re ready? I came in and I asked her if it was really needed to have them in for 7 hours? That next time I can bring them in when it’s actually their turn, && I had an «APPMNT» She became very rude and said she had been running her business like this for 10 years basically she didn’t care what I taught about the situation and immediately asked for me to pay her when I hadn’t even seen my dogs yet, when they Brought them out if was BADDD .They did NOTHING of what I asked and had to be taken back to the groomer. It looked like everything was rushed when they had already been in there ALL DAY. Everything was uneven, one looked like he was wearing a hat over his eyes, they where scratching me because they’re nails hadn’t even been cut, so what was she charging me for? The owner with her shitty attitude hurried me to go tell the groomer and not her. I took them to the back, After holding one of my babies she let herself with no hesitation but my other baby (which is ALWAYS so calm && chill, the girl is usually the drama queen) was soooooooo anxious && tired of being in there that he did not want to let himself he cried and cried. I feel that they have no care over what the dogs are feeling, I do not lock my babies for 7 hours a day, since I dropped them of at 10 am they had very little to eat. I’m not saying they did not feed them but it’s a big possibility because both of them DEVOURED their food right after we got home from the grooming noone there shows that they have love for pets so I don’t know what they’re doing running a pet shop, you can tell the owner is greedy. I was not happy on one of my baby’s cut but there was nothing we can do anymore because he was DONE with being in there and was desperate to leave which explains him not letting himself (he’s always so good when it comes to
Grooming) so I just decided to pay even when I wasn’t happy, I didn’t want karma to bite me in the asss, after paying the owner grew some little balls && after walking out the door my younger sisters tells me she says «don’t come back.» I was very upset because why didn’t she tell me and not yell it at my sister when she was leaving ! I walked back and told her if she had something to say we can talk about it and not to yell it when I wasn’t around anymore. We started arguing and I asked her why didn’t she tell me that before she took my money she told me «phhuck you» with her strong accent I could bearly understand her, but I knew exactly was she was saying. It wasn’t a pretty site && I’ve walked in when shes arguing with another customer, even one of the staff the light skinned chick I told her «the lady in the front was rude» and she was like «Ohh yeah, she’s like that» which shows me this lady is just a rude rude individual && knows nothing of customer service && speaking of site when I walked back to where they keep the dogs it was DISGUSTING! Everything was old && rusted. Doesn’t look like they clean daily && who knows what bacteria/​fleas are crawling in there. They don’t even ask for a rabies proof when I know most grooming places won’t do it without it. They’re not careful && they cut off one of my girls eyelash, now she only has one. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AND PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO THE NEXT GROOMING PLACE NEAR YOU ! Sweetie doggie is amazing aswell ! And the couple is the sweetest ever, I was trying to save me a drive but I’ll rather go the extra mile than to ever deal with this people again.

When I walked in, the staff were very friendly and attentive, ready to help. All I wanted was a shampoo and I already knew what I wanted, but I’m bringing my shitzsu for a bath and groom next week. The place had a good feel to it. And it’s close to my residence!

I bought some shampoo medicated and it was great. Tar. The new food as well Canidae. I love this as well as my dog. No more wet food. I liked that I went to this store…

This place here… long story short they cut my dog’s nipple… had these trashy ass muzzles… And I will never ever again

Came here initially to get flea treatment for my dog Ivy. Spoke to the guy at the counter and after a lengthy conversation, found out I was able to buy vaccinations there and administer them myself (I do work in an ER as a RN and give shots to humans for a living) so he said why not give them to my baby!
The young man at the counter was soooo nice and informative! He even hand wrote a schedule of when to come back as when the next shots are due!
Today, I bought another round of shots and scheduled Ivy for a grooming on Friday! I can’t wait to see how they do with her! This place is so awesome I don’t see myself going anywhere else!

We been coming here for over 10 years. The animals are well taken care off this place is always clean. The staff are so helpful and always very nice. Kids and I enjoy our visits here.

I bring my Yorkie here for grooming. Great price and I love the way he smells when I pick him up. The groomer always puts the cutest scarves around his neck, too. When he gets trimmed, he looks decent. If there’s something not quite right, I ask that it gets corrected before I leave. The groomer takes him back with no problem. Grooming service is decent, but it was much, much better before Juan or Jose (?) left.

They did a great job on my two yorkies Honey and Butter! I will definitely recommend this groomers! You should bring your dogs here it was reasonably priced and my dogs look adorable! The packages include everything for a lower price than my usual groomers!

When this pet store was run by previous owner it was great. They had a wide selection of pretty much everything and now not so much.
I bought my son his first bird from this store and the parakeet lived for 3years before he died. We bought the bird a companion before it died and the companion died within 2 months.
The people the people that own and work at this store don’t offer assistance either. It’s basically if you need them ask for assistance or you will not get it.

You Guys made my kids so happy thank you. They are in love with their bunnies. We will be back to get a puppy in the future. Thanks for the great service, I will recommend you to my family and friends.

Love love love this pet shop. The employees really know their information about animals and are very helpful with all types of questions we have regarding our dog. I love the dog treats they carry here, most you can’t find anywhere else! my Sib husky loves those chicken feet, lol. Prices and customer service are great! Can’t beat it.

This is where I got my first kitten! :) She was so adorable and the pricing was pretty balanced. The selection there was alright, but there weren’t as many kitten things as I hoped for. Also, the fish section was pretty minimal, but they still had some variety of beta fish.
The crew there were really helpful & they told me lots of things and they were super nice! I would definitely come back again to get another pet, but just a warning, if you do go there on a heavy traffic day, it is going to be tough to get in.

Do NOT go here for grooming services. My dog got his nails clipped here and all four of his paws got infected. Three months and over 600.00 in vet bills later, he’s still fighting off the skin/​paw infections. I’m so upset that I took him here.

This place is not what it used to be. My daughter took our two dogs (Jada-​yorkie and Baby-​chihuahua mix) to be groomed today, and I’m so unhappy with the finished product of Jada. Although specific instructions were given as to how Jada’s hair should be trimmed at a medium length, the end result was totally ridiculous. My poor Jada looks like a slick rat. I spoke with a floor manager who was initially sympathetic about the incident, but later replied, «The hair will grow back. If I could grow it back myself, then I would.» What an unprofessional and inconsiderate statement to make to someone who has patronized your business and received inadequate service.
I will not give Hills Pet’N Feed any more of my business.

Not what it used to be. I have shopped here for years, and my parents did as well for our pets.
Over the years, the original owners left, and things have gone downhill since.
The live aquarium selection has diminished, as well as the reptiles. I honestly didn’t look, but I want to say the birds are gone too. Now days, they just have a few kittens, & even a couple of cute puppies for sale at the front of the shop. But I wouldn’t buy a puppy from here. Just my personal preference of either rescuing or recommending that a person do their research and purchase from a reputable breeder.
The selection of items sold are ok to me. Of course, PetSmart & PetCo will have more selection, but this place is ok if you have basic needs. Their prices are pretty reasonable… at least the last time I purchased basic rabbit pellets. I couldn’t find the bedding I wanted though.
Hate to say it, but Pets Plus offers better choices, & their staff are a lot more personable & knowledgeable. Plus, they will offer and also get you what you are looking for! For my terrarium and/​or aquarium needs, I prefer South Bay Aquarium. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, & a vast and unique selection.
The staff here at Hills barely acknowledge you.

I wish I had given a review a little while ago when the former groomer worked there. I forget his name, but he was really awesome. He always had a great attitude and you could tell that he genuinely loved animals, and they loved him back! I had a medium-​sized Cockapoo with sort of a thick and curly coat they grows out very fast, he always took really good care of her and I was always satisfied upon picking her up. I pay $ 45 for a bath, short cut, nail clip, and flea dip; pretty reasonable right? NOW they have went up on prices, & the new groomer is terrible! Now I’m usually a passive person, but this is inexcusable. The last time I picked my Babe (pup’s name) up I instantly noticed all screw ups on her hair cut. Her whole face was uneven, she cut way too close to her nose, ears looked like they hasn’t been touched and my Babe’s belly was noticeably scratched from too close a cut from the groomer. What have I paid for? Had I not already paid prior to picking her up, I would not have paid at all. I had been taking my doggy here for 2 years with no problems what so ever, and this happens. People make mistakes but damn.

This place is too cool! My boyfriend and I came here in hopes of getting our baby Joey (mix retriever) a carrier or kennel and we left satisfied customers.
This place has many things. kinda like Petco and PetSmart do. they have puppies.rabbits.hamsters and reptiles for sale. They also carry supply for pets and also food for critters, dogs and cats
Their service was nice and friendly. but their prices did seen a bit more pricey compared to other pet stores. but it’s all gravies

After a bad experience with my previous dog groomers I needed some place to take my dog because he needed to get a bath and his nails trimmed. I’ve been to hills pet & feed for supplies before but never for a groom so I decided to try it out.
Walking in I encountered a man that was there to pick up his cat. He was saying how great she smelled and I thought that he might be exaggerating but he was right! My miniature pincher came back to me smelling like a soft sweet baby, with his nails trimmed and a blue bow around his neck! I also purchased a blue little sweater that matched the bow!
The service was great too. The man was nice and even told me that my dog had a small ear infection and recommended some ear drops to get rid of it. My doggie came home relaxed and clean. Definitely taking my dog there again next time he needs it!
