Bad mistake, 15 minutes before closing time. I arrived at this convenient gnc 4−11−167:45p to get fish oils the worker was was talking to customer and as The customer was paying they kept talking and talking the worker said do u need help I said yes but it didn’t make a difference 7:58 I just walked out because I was getting annoyed. I think that worker should keep the conversation to a minimum. Now I have no fish oils, this place sucks

I was interested in purchasing some meal replacements, not knowing much other than what I have read online I was hoping for some professional assistance over the phone as I inquired. The person with an Indian accent was not only short with his answers, but not even helpful. Asked if I was a GNC member, I said no, and I felt like it got worst. Anyway, not sure if it was a culture difference, but none the less not helpful and rude, Bad combo. I understand this isn’t GNC’s fault, I’ll just find another one.

I was on my way to a GNC at the mall when I spotted this place. Since it was closer to my home; I stopped — bad mistake. On the door it said they open at 10;00AM — I waited till 10:30AM and nothing. Went to gas up and to the bank, came back and, even though I was the only one in the the store; I did not get any help — I looked around for nearly 20 minutes and could not find what I went in for — I asked for help and was told«Sorry, sold out». Customer service was terrible, they opened late, and did not have what I went in to buy. I do not recommend this place at all.

This location is a bit small but it is at least clean. I gave them a lower rating due to their limited stock and the fact that their staff isn’t overly helpful. There was only one person working and I was the only customer but they seemed to pay more attention to stocking the shelves than me. I probably wouldn’t return here unless I absolutely had to.
