Very bad customer service! They take forever to let you know when your photos are ready. The staff is GHETTO AND RUDE! Stay away for this place. Still waiting on my photos.

I had a bad experience with them last year. Will not go into detail but I reported them to the BBB and they never responded to them as well. They have a F on the BBB site. That let you know about this business.

Let’s break the bad vibes and change these one-​star reviews!
Had to come here for my sister’s late senior portrait (no appointment either)
There were three clients prior to us, so I assumed we were going to be there forever.
An employee talked to my sister, filled up some forms, and ta-​da, got her photos taken!
Seriously, the process and everything else took less than an hour.
The guy helped her was very informative and efficient.

the limited reviews made me skeptical about this place, but I already booked my headshot appointment. I’ll just say I underestimated this place! small name photo places really care a lot more about service than the bigger names (life touch, etc). customer service was great. so good I had to write my first Unilocal review!

My first time coming here and my experience was great! Customer service really took care of me. I came to get a couple of prints made and they came out amazing! Very high quality, i would definitely come here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great customer service! Disregard all of the other reviews because I could not have had a better experience taking photos with my family in their beautiful studio! This is the place to get a great family portrait at an affordable price!

I am a Senior from Carson who graduated in 2015 and I took my senior pictures at this studio. The prices are a little higher than one would expect, however, when compared to any other big photo company Fotorama has the best deals that they send through email. The photographer’s are really friendly! I will definitely go back to take family portraits!

Our staff was informed that we could have our identification pictures taken starting at 7:30am. I arrived to work at 7:25am, put my belongings in my class, and was at the gym ready to take my picture at 7:38am. The fotorama photographer was still setting up and told me rudely that she would not start until 8am. I told her that our admin informed
the staff that we could start at 7:30 but she said «well I’ll start at 8»
I went to the main office and told them and was informed that the administrative assistant had told them staff would be coming at 7:30am.
Less than 1 star (if possible) for tardiness, rudeness, and not even attempting to accommodate busy staff members.
I must add circumstances. I teach every period and have a homeroom). We teach our students to be on time to class – this should translate into being on time to work as requested by your clients/​customers. Having a good attitude is another trait we stress to our students – translates into good customer service. It’s just good business. Fotorama needs to study good business. I will encourage admin to rethink picture people for next year.
Nov 18. Wow. I just called them to inquire about my daughter’s pictures which were taken late August/​early September and not yet received. The associate looked into it and informed me that the pictures were delivered yesterday Nov 17! WHY does it take 2 months to process and deliver?
This place should not be in business!
Another update Dec 1
I called Fororama again to inquire about the delivery of pictures. The associate told me they were delivered to the school on Oct 5! When I called in November, the delivery date was Nov 17. Which date is it?!
Our school is in Carson!!! Fotorama is in Gardena! Really?!

Very bad customer service! Employees are rude and think they are doing you a favor by purchasing their product. Also, DO NOT even think of paying with a check at the location when you pick up photos as they will treat you as if you are writing a million dollar fraudulent check and will not accept it!

This all began about 5 months ago…
I had to deal with this place because my nephew needed to have his Senior yearbook photos taken for his high school. His senior dues are very expensive… cap & gown, class ring, yearbook, photos, etc… I knew my brother was having a tough time pulling the money together (working Dad raising 2 kids alone). As a gift, my husband and I offered to pay for the senior photos. It wasn’t much but we wanted to do what we could.
My nephew showed me the info he had gotten from school. It seemed reasonable… $ 25 for the yearbook photo; $ 45 for yearbook photo and some cap & gown picts; $ 60 for all of the above plus some regular poses in a tuxedo. All sitting fees, then you have to order prints separately. My nephew didn’t want the tuxedo ones so I gave him $ 45 cash to take to the photoshoot being held at school the next day.
Seems simple enough, right?
Then we met Fotorama… lets just say its the worst business to deal with you could possibly imagine. The way they even treated their poor employees was deplorable. Trust me, steer clear of Fotorama. especially if your from a school and considering them for your events.

for Public my Daughters High School Graduation Pict: s I Ordered;.Paid overed $ 300.00 & wanted to retke on 1 of the Pict a Personal so I could order More from the Retake & we went so my daughter fo the Retake day of San Pedro high & they said they couldnt & latter i called Fotorama & they said oh well Latter they Did do the Personal Pict;s, so Disapionting when I wanted to pay for Retake & buy more Pictures$, Now right before i 1^st Placed Order for all the Pict;s I asked when the Pict. Annoucments would come & Fotorama told me over the Phone they would come at the end of April or beging of May & i have called everyother wk Afterwards to ask when they were coming, & over Ph Again they told me the Next Friday 13^th May now i they told me that last Friday, & again I called they said they will come on Friday at the Schools Finance Office & my Daughter wanted to Make sure they would come so 2day Monday May 23^rd & they werent there, so I called 2day & again the same man told me oh well it will be there at School on Friday oh so get this there is no /​School on Friday! Unknow this f Man from Fotorama tells me oh well its plenty of time before graduation & a month before, No there isnt because 2day is the 23^rd & graduation is exactly 1month from Now! Normaly everyone Mails out before graduation Annoucements at 1 Month so they can Prepare to come or Right afterwards for a gathering, & I want too Mail out to Families & Friends before & this is what i need todo because i Also have graduation Party invitations too put inside. So Tomrrow will Drive Up to L.A. area to Pick them Up so I can get them & Mail them all Out, Im very dissapointed in this expecially when as a customer has paid! & cant get my Pictures & Now have to take time off too go & pick them Up & use my Gas Money when its still expensive for GAS!!. Very Unhappy customer :(.
