They called and canceled on me 2 hours after they were scheduled to clean my carpets. What is bothering about this, was they showed no remorse or concern for their cancellation. They had a nonchalant attitude about the whole situation. Only suggested that they could come out the next day. Unfortunately, I had needed them the day of the scheduled apt. (which I had made a week in advance), due to my severe allergies to cat hair; which was in the carpet in my new house.
