All Trim Doors & Windows

All Trim Windows & Doors is an outstanding company. I was referred to them by one of my close friends who had just replaced all of their windows and interior doors.
I initially was only going to replace my windows, but after I met with Rachael, I was so happy with her knowledge of the business and expertise that I decided I wanted to use her to replace my doors as well. She came out multiple times to measure and discuss options and had great input as to what would work best for what I was looking for and able to maintain easily.
The prices are very reasonable here, the driver is very friendly, and this is an all around great company. I really appreciate the one on one attention they gave me and would definitely recommend them in the future.

It has been approximately three years since I ordered my windows and front door from Rachel.
Rachel was very thorough and measured all the windows, 5 sliding glass doors and 10 windows. Rachel’s company does not do installation; however, I had another company do the installation.
The ordered arrived on time and have been in excellent condition since they were installed.

I wanted to replace the closet doors during my recent remodel. I’ve been looking around the local home improvement stores for ideas. Unfortunately, nothing jumped out and said «take me home». My sister in law, an interior designer recommended All Trim Doors & Windows. I met with Rachel who was very knowledgeable and offered many great ideas.
When the doors were delivered, I was unable to check for imperfections as they could not be installed immediately. After the doors were installed, I noticed several imperfections in the mirrors in both doors. The cut out for the hinges were slightly off from each other as well.
I contacted Rachel to see if the mirrors could be replaced or what could be done. I did not bring up the issue with the hinges as I felt I could live with them. She responded by saying that she thought the mirrors could be replaced, but would need to check with her vendor and let me know. A month passed and I did not receive any type of response. I sent a follow up message, but have not heard back either. It has been 2 months since I have heard from her. At this point, I have to assume she is no longer interested in assisting me with my issue. As I write this review, I am debating whether I should contact the BBB and make a formal complaint.
Although I feel (for the most part) All Trim Doors & Windows offers a quality product, I would recommend them with reservations.
