Mark Haddad is a Licensed CA Hearing Aid Dispenser, and Audioprosthologist Certified by the American Conference of Audioprosthology. He’s a member of Hearing HealthCare Providers of California. He strives to establish a long-term relationship with each patient and their family, in order to educate them about hearing loss and the available treatments to improve hearing. Mark has over 26 years of experience in Manufacturing, and owner of Suncoast Laboratories a quality Hearing Aid Manufacturer since 2001.

Suncoast is an awesome facility with super nice people. I needed a tube replaced and Charlie had is done in 5 minutes. Usually hearing aid places want to hard sell you with 3k dollar aids that of course aren’t covered on most insurance plans. Not so with Suncoast. I feel confident if you do need a new aid, that these guys will do their best to fit you with what you want, not what they say is best for you.
Their facility was clean and staffed with professional folks. Good job.

I recommend Suncoast and Mark Haddad highly!
My sister-in-law suggested my going to see Mark Haddad because of the wonderful care that her father had received from him. She was absolutely correct.
Within 30 minutes of our arrival, my daughter could hear better than she had for at least a decade. Mr. Haddad discovered that her auditory canals had unusual bends that necessitated a special shape for the ear pieces. He was also able to obtain a free replacement for the aid that she had lost.
He is careful, precise, and will make as many telephone calls as necessary to get the required parts. I especially appreciated his gentle and patient manner with my special needs daughter.
I will never return to the Castanons in Huntington Beach.

I found Suncoast hearing aids on the net and sent them an inquiry about the cost of a hearing test and reprogramming my hearing aid. I got a response the same day with a price that was more than reasonable. I called the office the next morning to schedule an appointment and was able to get in the same day. I met with Mark Haddad and he explained once again what needed to be done and the cost involved. Although he didn’t have the programming software necessary to reprogram my hearing aid he contacted the manufacturer and requested it be sent to him. He administered my hearing test and then patiently went over the results of the examination with me. Two days later he called and said the software was in. I went to the office and he completed the reprograming of my hearing aid. When Mark discovered he didn’t have the software necessary it would have been very easy for him to just blow me off, instead he went the extra mile to make a customer happy. Kudos to Mark. What a patient and pleasant man. He is a man of integrity and caring. This is a family run business that runs very well and I highly recommend Mark Haddad and Suncoast Hearing aids.

Just saw this guy — after visits to two other audiologists/hearing aid providers. He was wonderful — Mark Haddad is the guy I saw. After seeing two others who were truly just out for the money (see my reviews about All Hearing — Castanon and HB Hearing Aid — M Shannon) — this clinic finally was a place for me. Mike Haddad was willing to work with my insurance, he was honest, (I tested him by asking him if he’d like for me to use a different payer and he absolutely refused, saying that he’d already contracted with my insurance and their provider). He was thorough, professional, a stickler for accuracy and on top of it, kind and patient. I’m a question asker and he was willing and ready with answers to all my questions related to the process the hearing aids available and the models available. Something neither of the other two were willing to talk about. SO I highly recommend this clinic and Mark Haddad. It’s an oasis of what’s right with the world of hearing aids and hearing aid specialist. I’m finally able to trust that who I’m dealing with and what I’m ordering are the best available. I’ll update this when the hearing aid is in, but I’m sure it’ll be a great experience, just because Mark Haddad is involved!

What can I even begin to say about this business… Just imagine every good adjective and apply it here. I took my mother in here to meet Mark. She is completely deaf in her right ear and down to about 25% in her left. She had never talked to anyone about a hearing aid. It had been 50 years since she was deaf in her right ear. Mark hooked her up with an in the ear on her left side, and then a wired right transmitter, so she can hear what is going on from the right again… Wow. Thank you, Mark, you’re a true blessing to us.
