Walk in this SUBWAY between 12:15 m12:30.One customer is waiting .I was wondering nobody came out to help us were waiting for almost 10 mins. but I could hear them laughing behind that wall. Finally theres is 3 womens came out with attitudes. To me they are rude I ask the shorter skinny mexican lady what is the special on rainy day. Yes she tell me with her eyes looking stares at me that as if I cannt pay for a sandwich. .I wont come to this SUBWAY one reason these employees of theres have no manners.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I use the mobile app to order. The point of using the app is that your order will be ready when you arrive. Yet, every time I arrive at the scheduled time, they haven’t even pulled my order. I have to tell them when I walk in, and they start making my order. The last time, I actually handed them my phone with the details for my order, and they still made it wrong. One time I ordered a salad, and after they made it, they told me they were out of forks. They offered me two cookies as consolation, but that doesn’t do anything to help me eat my salad. So, do yourself a favor and pick a different subway.

The older Mexican lady working there had an attitude. She wasn’t inviting or friendly. I went at 8:30 am. I know it’s early in the morning, but your job is supposed to be customer service. She hardly put any damn tuna in my sandwich and on top of that, when I came home, I realized she didn’t even give me napkins… That’s super stupid to be angry about, but literally every Subway I’ve been to, they have given me napkins! Two stars just because the food was good.

BAD BAD customer service, Went into this subway and the older Indian lady with a dam beard has the worst attitude ever! I even walked out the store without purchasing anything never again will my friend and I will step into this subway, my friend used to work here!!! The new owner of this place sucks ass hire friendly people with good cuz fined service. I swear this place used to be so busy around 11am back when my friend worked there because her and her team provided great customer service and my friend was a Lead in this specific store. Might as well shut down this store their reviews are awful now!

I am the biggest fan of their newer Italian Sub. OK, look, I am from NJ. We call them Italian Hoagies, ok? OK.
I prefer the Herb N Cheese roll. Add cucumbers for more GREEN.
Provolone Cheese all the way.

WARNING-​The water thats used for their fountain drinks is probably not healthy to drink. I got a coke from their fountain and left only to find later that it smelled like poo. I didn’t notice it at first until i drank about 1⁄3 of a small cup. It smelled like sewer water and didn’t taste right either. I asked my girlfriend if she thought it smelled funny and when she took a whiff, she nearly threw up. I was already 7 miles away and didn’t want to go all the way back just because of the drink. I was so pissed and scared that i may get sick. I’m still worried. Its now 7 hours later and i seem ok. The pastrami sandwich was good-​just like most any other Subway serves with the usual fresh veggies and meats. Just DO NOT DRINK FROM THEIR SODA FOUNTAIN it has a crappy taste and smells literally like poo — no joke. That ruined my whole day.

I dont get how subway could be this bad! From the clinically cold seating area to the service… all bad! 6:30 at night and they had no mayo stocked and ready??? The bread tasted unbaked and everything was cold and soggy… I really dont get it!!! Dont come to this location… drive to the next corner and get a real sandwich! P. s. hubby bit right down on a freaking olive pit! :(:(:(

Slowest Subway I have been too. Three workers all having problems listening to what customers want. They all asked multiple times the same questions on what the customers wanted; thus repeating it multiple times. This location is tightly fitted in the center with limited parking.

I don’t even know where to begin. The girl that made my sandwich (her name is Sarah) was so busy socializing with her co-​workers that I had to repeat my request a couple times. On top of that, I’m pretty sure she did not change out her gloves before making my sandwich. I saw her making the sandwich for the customer before me and gave him change with the same gloves used to make my sandwich. I know I should’ve said something but there was a long line behind me and I didn’t want to make a scene. I am very disappointed with the service at this location and I will definitely not be coming back! And no I did not eat that sandwich… that I paid for!

Is that worker that bad in service that she rather help her friends than an actual customers? If you see a short Asian girl working and she is not your friend then wait for her to skip you when her friends show up and make you wait… BTW her name is Sarah…

Worst and unprofessional subway I have ever been to. The workers during lunch hour on Thursday was rude. I had to throw my sub away because it was disgusting. Never will I come here again. And it’s not only on Thursday. Every time I come here the people are so impolite. Will be calling to complain about service.

I have been coming to this subway for years. the cool thing about this subway and huge factor for me is the consistency. They tend to be generous when it comes to making the sandwich. Most of the time they ask is that good or more. It does get busy since it is in the shopping center which is a downside. The good news is that they are always staffed or overstaffed. Just the other day i got helped by the owner himself.

I love this location! My mom and I came in to ask about the 3 foot long sub for my upcoming Bridal Shower and they were full of information. We also had a 3 for $ 14 deal and buy one get one deal that they took no problem. They actually took the time with us and didn’t rush what so ever. Even after 3 more people came in. It was so nice. I really wish we would have gotten the ladies name that helped us, she was AMAZING! Very sweet
Its a bit out of my way but I’ll go this way for good customer service and a sub that is properly made.

This location is brand new, and so far it’s a hit. I stopped in one night after the gym, just to grab something light. The staff was really friendly and attentive. They did move a little slowly, because they were training a new guy. But they didn’t mess up the order, and were nice through the whole process.
If you’re in the area, definitely stop in and get something to eat here. Your whole experience will be a great one.

Standard subway with long lines during rush hours in the afternoon and during dinner times.
Overall everything here is great, and the older asian guy who owns this franchise is very friendly to customers, just not his employees. Sometimes they close a bit later than their scheduled time of 10, so it’s nice to visit for as an late night alternative to the «unhealthier» fast foods surrounding this area.

I can’t believe no one has rated this before! Hands down, the worst Subway I have been to. I went on my way home from work around 5 before the dinner pop and found that they were out of the Omega 3 bread… I get it — lunch rush, run out of bread… but really you don’t have bread for your dinner rush? Get it together.
Also, the condiments and toppings were a mess… no one bothered to remove any toppings that may have gotten into another bin… pure laziness. never again.
