is too good to Be true? $ 50.00 any drain… I don’t know. Called several times today and they didn’t answer the phone, it goes to voice mail… So it’s now 4 hours since my first call to them, no call back… WTH?

On Christmas Eve, we hosted my wife’s big family. There was a lot of food and fun… and dishes. I knew I was in trouble earlier in the evening when I was taking a shower and the water was pooling up around my feet. As the night went on, everything that went down the kitchen drain came up the shower drain.
On Christmas, we hosted my family. Not as many folks, but still plenty of dishes. By the end of the night, this plumbing problem was getting disgusting and smelly.
I called Roos’s and left a message the day after Christmas, just hoping these guys were working. Thankfully, Raul called me back and told me he could come out.
Raul came out at the time promised and had a young man with him to assist. Both of them were very friendly and professional. Raul explained he could clear the drain for $ 50, unless he had to go through the roof vent, which would cost $ 120. I was happy to pay whatever I had to pay to solve the problem, which was now into it’s third day of fermenting sewage.
Raul was very informative about how all of the piping was set up and how each alternative he might have to utilize would work. He answered all of my questions.
These guys had the drain open in about 15 minutes. They tackled it by going straight through the drain and only charged me $ 50.
These guys were great and I was very happy with their service.

I am new home owner and in housewarming party my kitchen sink got clogged! After doing a quick search, I have decided to call Raul based on his SUPER REASONABLE estimate, flat rate $ 50 for clean the clogged drain. Raul came within a hour of call and he did through checkup and found the point he needs to clean. He removed the clogged and did his job quick and professional way. I will certainly call Raul for my future plumbing need.

I called Raul on Black Friday. He said he would be out in 30 minutes and actually showed up in 20 minutes. Our kitchen sink was totally backed up but he was able to clear the line about 35 feet out.

I have been using Roos Rooter for a few years now. Raul is a great guy and does a stand up job! I have terrible plumbing in my house so I have had to have him come out a few times. One time I had a major issue with our main drain line.
He came half of what some other companies would have charged. I called the Smell Good Plumber (Mike Diamond) and they could not fix my problem. They wanted to charge me $ 3000.00 to fix my main drain. Roos came in at $ 800.00. They were here 3 days working on it. I came by at lunch to make sure things were progressing as he said the would. Its been two years now and no issues! I STRONGLY recommend you give him a try …

Said they’d be here between 9 – 10 AM and it’s now 1:30 and no Roos’s Rooter.
Stayed home all morning waiting. Not cool.

Couldnt believe the price after calling a couple other plumbers. They showed up fast (even on a saturday) and got the job done. Thanks guys

These guys did a good and honest job. $ 40 to clear a drain is a good deal and they were professional and had the equipment to fix the problem. I will definitely use them again.
