We called a bunch of towing companies on a Saturday and none of them wanted to even consider helping us Finally we called ALEX with Pozzi Towing and he said no problem. While it took longer to load then we expected he took great care and moved it sucessfully. He safely moved our car lift and will be moving our others cars too. He is the safest, most hard working, patient, and reliable person, we highly recommend him!

I needed a roll of extremely heavy synthetic grass delivered (approx 800 lbs, per the salesman at turf shop). Alex answered my phone call, and even though it was not an urgent situation, he was willing to deliver right away. Right before 5PM work traffic, in fact! Wow. I had him wait until the next morning, as I needed to get my area prepped anyway, and he said, «Whenever you like».
He was responsive, polite, timely and just downright friendly, once he arrived. Did his best to place the 800 lb. roll of grass (heavy bc it was used/recycled turf and full of sand) where I wanted it. And was concerned about blocking my neighbors with his big ‘olé truck. Seems like an all-around good & honest guy, running a good business.

The owner of this place or whomever is associate with this account decided to «compliment» me and talk trash. NO stars!!! Rude and very unprofessional. Too bad I deleted the rude «compliment». I speak my mind on Unilocal and give readers my honest opinion. If you have an issue or dislike the idea take your business off Unilocal.This company obviously do not care about customer service. Thank you for showing your true colors. Remember guys sign up for AAA, that’s what he has to save himself. He doesn’t even believe in his own company so why should anyone!

Alex did an INCREDIBLE job picking up, transporting and delivering my order of synthetic turf for our back yard install.
He and his flat bed were amazing to watch as he carefully moved 2 tons of turf rolls using the hook, cables and power of his truck– which took careful planning and a heap of patience.

I had to get my car towed and he was horrible. Did not communicate and was really rude when dropping my car. I asked him for a receipt and he said no he can’t give one and just took off. I have had my car towed before and never had such a bad experience! I would not recommend calling him ever. They are not that cheap and the service is not good at all.

Called Alex because I had lost my only key to my car … He said he could tranfer the car to a local dealer to get my new key made. Anyway called him thru out the day to see if he was coming, he never answered or returned my calls. This is very unprofessional. If he wasn’t available he should have been professional about it and called me to tell me so.
I found him on Unilocal and he had great reviews so i decided to try it but unfortunately my experience was unpleasant. Will never call Alex for any future services

My Wife’s car broke. Needed to get it towed around 9 p.m. Called multiple businesses. Pozzi had the best rate. Fast and Friendly service. I would definitely used their service again if needed.
