Love this place! Hidden gem. Don’t be fooled by the exterior. They do amazing work here. Got my first gel manicure today. I’ve been here before and I came back because my pedicure lasts way longer when I get them done here. And they get every little cuticle.

I decided to give this place a try. I’m very big on customer service and let’s me honest so many nail shops lack that. Lisa the gal that I got my nails done with was genuinely nice and her work was also on point ! I don’t want to diregard the other girls who had bad experiences, that’s unfortunate, but they were great with me (enough to write a Unilocal).

Ive been coming to this nail salon for the past 3 months every 2 weeks the first time i came i always get gel manicure the lady that did them didnt even know how to work gel nail machine and my manicure lasted only 2 days –_​– i tried again and this time i got my nails done with natalie and she is the reason i always come here she always takes care of my nails and they look amazing this time i decided to get deadpool nails cause hes my fave marvel character ans i love my nails

Stumbled across this place cause my nail place was close! Extremely nice staff! Lisa was so nice! And Nancy didn’t play when it came to that foot rub! Def worth ever penny! Def gained a new regular!

It was my first time here and just walked in to the nearest nail salon. The reviews looked ok, so I tried it.
I wasn’t going to write a scathing review because it’s a bunch of older ladies working here but…
It’s been 2 days since I’ve been cut during my manicure and my finger is just getting worse. She ended up cutting TWO of my fingers. The lady doing my nails never apologized and just put some green disinfectant drops on my cuticles.
It’s not worth it to get a cheap mani/​pedi. My finger hurts badly and looks awful.

I regret not going to my usual nail salon. I made an appointment on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. because I was in the area and this nail salon had good ratings on Unilocal.
When I arrived, I had a gel manicure done from my usual nail salon and I informed the nail technician that I wanted to remove the gel manicure and have a regular manicure done. I specifically asked her not to use a file to remove my gel polish, as it damages the nail. After filing just the top polish off (which I was okay with), my gel polish showed some resistance. Generally this means the gel polish just needs to be soaked a little longer for the polish to come off easily. however, the nail technician then proceeded to file off all of the gel polish on my nails. I didn’t say anything at the time although I really should have.
After polishing my nails, there was a bubble in the polish of one of my nails. The nail technician tried to fix it but barely, the bubble was still noticeable. After letting my nails sit for 10 minutes, as she helped another customer, she checked my nails and told me they were dry and gave me my total. Trusting her, I reached for my wallet to pay, only to discover my nails were not dry and I ruined the same nail that had the bubble in it. The nail technician didn’t even bother to remove the nail polish and redo that nail. She just painted over the nail that was ruined then walked back over to the other customer. I was so unhappy with the service, I didn’t even want to ask for it to be fixed. I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.
I understand that the salon had two customers waiting but that does not excuse the nail technician’s lack of attention and care.

Most Unilocal reviews for nail spots start with how dirty and unsanitary the shop is… this isn’t one of those reviews. This place is extremely clean, spacious and inviting. Newer spa chairs, clean waiting area and nail stations. I was shocked to see each manicurist scrubbing the pedicure basins after each guest.
Lisa (the manager) was welcoming and friendly. She proceeded with my pedicure which was thorough and painless. She gave a wonderful pressure point massage. She concluded with a warm oversized towel and a shin pound. AWESOME!
Fill was equally awesome as she filed, drilled, and painted so delicately. I love the shape and paint job of 3 coats and top. So good!

After being impressed during my first visit, I decided to come back for a mani and pedi. Kim did my pedi and an older woman did my mani. I’m giving this place 1 star for two reasons —
1) After Kim finished my pedi, she sat in a mani station in front of me and went to town picking her nose and wiping it on her hands. When she was done, she didn’t bother washing her hands before touching a customer’s hands to do their mani. It completely grossed me out.
2) The sweet old lady that did my mani did a messy job. My nails looked like a child did it. There was polish everywhere. I had to go home and clean it up myself.
I thought I finally found a good nail place near my house, but the search continues!

Look for Nathalie and Lisa. They are the best. Friendly and they really take their time doing your nails. Not in a rush and very clean. They are so nice. Lisa did my eyebrow wax evertyime and she’s really good at it.

Back again like I promised! Got another gel manicure with Uyen (Natalie) and am in love with the color and the work. She gave me round nails last time, but I like to be a little edgy so I asked for a pointier tip. Not sure if this is a mountain peak or stiletto, but I’m so happy!

Uyen aka Natalie was super friendly and provided great service! Got a pedicure, French Tip… love the flowers she painted, best I’ve seen so far!

Had my nails done for the 1^st time. Came in at 1:35 in hopes that the wait time wouldn’t be no longer than 15 minutes. … I was not helped until 2pm. With it being 2 I decided to not get a pedicure. I asked for acrylics since my nails are really short and while she was applying she would stop every couple of minutes to call someoneon the phone and give items to her coworkers. Now usually i’m not really antsy about time management, but i had a hair appointment at 4pm. Anyways, my nails are not that great at the end of shaping them (i wanted almond nails) the thumbs were crooked as well as the one on my right middle finger. she painted my nails and parts of the nails were not painted properly. it was 3:10 and i was getting stressed (like I said the hair appointment) I asked her how much longer and she said it’ll be done soon. 3:32 and she finally finishes. She did give a discount because it was my birthday but either I will not be returning.

This place is great. All the girls are so kind and good at their job. It’s always peaceful and clean. I come here to get my acrylics and I always come for Lisa, she is just so amazing. She’s thorough and takes her time with each and everyone one of my nails. And they’re affordable (:

My mom and I first visited this place for Mothers Day weekend while driving by and looking for a nail salon. I read favorable reviews on Unilocal so we decided to try it out. I believe we were helped the first time by Kim and Lyna. Both were pleasant and they did a great job. My mom and I both got mani and pedis. My mom absolutely loved the massage and cuticle clean up.
My mom wanted to go back this weekend. She went to a nail salon closer to home about a week ago and she felt let down by their service so she insisted on returning to this salon. I just got a pedi with Kim and it was so relaxing and she did a fantastic job. My mom absolutely loved Lyna. I had to play interpreter. My mom asked for a pedicure and a gel manicure and she is extremely happy.
As someone mentioned they charge a $ 1 for any card transactions so not a huge deal but bring cash if you mind the charge. They have awesome massage chairs that really got the knots in my back. Great way to pass an 1 ½ hours.
This is quickly turning into mom and daughter quality time.

Today was my first time at this nail salon and I am very pleased with my service. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. There were three ladies working and all of them were very friendly! Natalie took very good care of me and did an amazing job with my nails. I am pleased to say, I think I found my go to nail place.

I give this place 5 stars because of Uyen/​Natalie! She always does perfect gel manicure & hasn’t hurt me since the first day I started coming here. I love the attitude & the quality of service she provides. The longest I had my gel manicure was 3 weeks & it didn’t chip at all! I hope they never close! Top line nails just lost a good customer! I’m never coming back there again. I finally found my place! Hahaha!!!

I came here today on a whim the place I went to was too crowded and I didn’t have enough time to wait. So when I came here I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in the place was clean and I was greeted right away. I decided to get a gel manicure and a pedicure the total was $ 39 which is reasonable. It would’ve been less but I got a design on my gel manicure overall I think this place is definitely worth it and I will be back. Yuen did my gel manicure she was very polite and she took her time but they still got me out of there cause I told her I had to go to work! The strip mall around it looks pretty rundown but this place is really good!

I have been getting pedicures every two weeks at Pink & White for more than 10 years. The staff are stable and have been there as long as I have. They provide the same services as any other nail salon as well as waxing, facials and brows. What earns Pink & White five stars is foremost the welcoming and nurturing nature of the establishment. The ladies are kind and caring. They value their customers and strive to be helpful. They do not rush through the job to get to the next customer. You will get quality nail care and a really good massage. They are invested in your returning.
They have remodeled and have a row of sauna chairs. I didn’t like the massage chairs at first. But I have learned how to zone in to target my tension points. The quality of the manicures and pedicures are top notch. They have gels and acrylics and fun little decorations. The prices are more than reasonable.

I’m really torn about my rating for this place. A lot of people would give this place 3 stars, because it’s in a dingy little shopping center, the two pedicure chairs are pretty old, and it doesn’t feel ritzy or luxurious at all. The machines aren’t top quality, and there’s obviously not a ton of money going into the place. However, they do such a meticulous job on my feet and nails, and they are VERY very sweet, so I’m 5-​starring them.
On weekday afternoons, one of the techs brings in her kid, who is the cutest little 5-​year-​old Viet girl who will help you pick out polish and designs and will draw you (really talented) drawings while you get your nails done. You should try this place out just because she’s such a kick.
As far as the nail services go, it takes about 75 minutes for a spa pedicure /​gel polish, because they’re spending a LOT of time getting those calluses and making sure your nails are even and polish is perfect. I always get a gel french manicure, and I have never had cracked, bubbly, or streaky nails, and every nail is even and beautiful. It’s the first place I’ve been to where I have had zero complaints about my manicure.
For pedicures, they have a large selection of polishes, which are color coded. There’s a huge variety of cute designs to choose from. And they really take their time to make it look phenomenal, even re-​painting your nail if it doesn’t look exactly how it should.
The ladies are also SO sweet, and you don’t feel like they’re talking trash about you in Vietnamese to each other. They remember who you are, details about you and the polish/​design you got last time, and are just really genuinely friendly.
If you want to feel like you’re in a 5-​star resort, you will be disappointed in this place. But if you want really killer nails and baby-​smooth feet, this place is tops.
