Let’s Talk Speech and Language Therapy

I have nothing but positive things to say about Karen Vescial. I tried to think of something negative but there really is nothing. My son started seeing Karen in April 2013 with 10 – 20 words. By July he was speaking full sentences and now we can’t get him to stop talking! She also gave us things to work on at home, and truly changed our lives by helping our son communicate! Karen is really great with kids of all ages. There were times when my son didn’t want to work with her and she came up with creative ways to get him to work, such as an egg hunt with words in the eggs and a word dart game. She has a variety of toys and my son loved playing at Karen’s.
It’s an easy location to get to, right off the 22. Karen takes insurance and private pay and was always on time with billing and giving us receipts. She is flexible with scheduling, if we had to miss a session she worked with us to fit in a make up session. Before seeing Karen we tried going to a very large speech company (providence in orange) and it was horrible. I would choose seeing Karen over anyone at providence. Or any big speech company for that matter. Karen cares for the kids and families she works with and I highly, highly recommend her!
