Please do not use their services, especially if you don’t want someone stomping all over your self worth. More recently I requested to get a copy of a file. I was slightly agitated that they mailed the records instead of holding it at their office, I got off early from work and drove down from Santa Monica, yet I was still polite and kept my cool. I want to make known that the Program Director Efren took out some sort of pent up frustration on me, raised his voice, lied about how long they were holding my file and proceeded to tell me «you should have known better» when I recommended that he let people know their policy beforehand. I have never been so disrespected in my life, I was at a loss for words, I still didn’t get all my questions answered because I had to walk out before I started crying.
PS I would give them zero stars if that was an option
