Ordered almond milktea w boba. It was aight. Boba itself wasn’t hard… Sometimes too chewy tho. Overpriced imo but if you needed it like we did then it’s worth it. They got an Internet outlet so that’s cool. 2.5 stars

I eat here often since I work close by. I usually order the breakfast bread platter combo. This comes with French baguette, sunny side up eggs, spam and a variety of other food items the compliment French baguettes. OR I’ll order their garlic fried rice with fried pork belly. The food is delicious, the waitress are friendly. The only thing I don’t like is their boba drinks come a little too sweet so I always have to ask the girls to make my boba drink less sweet. Other than that, the food is good, the waitresses are friendly, and the boba is good(just make sure u ask to make the drinks less sweet)

No stars if I could! This place is horrible. First, boba is terrible. Second, I ordered a coconut bubble tea and instead of asking me what size I wanted automatically gave me the largest size to charge more. Third, I tried to pay with card. The owner pretended that the credit card machine didn’t work and cancelled the transaction twice just so that she could ask for cash. She was an idiot and gave me both the receipts that clearly said she cancelled the transaction. Don’t go here, shittiest place ever.

It’s my first time here. I don’t like the environment of this restaurant. It feels trashy and the girls and owner wearing very inappropriate dresses and skirts. Sorry, I’m here to enjoy the looks and taste of the food; not your body. Took them almost an hr to get my friend and I our orders. The foods were okay. The owner did apologize for the long wait though. I don’t plan in coming here again.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my drink. As soon as I walked in the place reeked of cigarettes. I ordered a peach green tea with extra boba the most disgusting drink I’ve ever had. Took just one sip had to pull my car over so I can spit it out. Tasted like I had just sipped a cup full of fructose syrup. You can’t even take the green tea or peach just pure sugar I could swear it was just water with tons of sugar & food coloring. I immediately threw the drink away DONOTCOMEHERE!!! It’s a waste of MONEY!!!

Probably the worse boba ive ever had in my life… I live close by and one night after dinner someone in my group wanted boba and we passed by this place and decided to try it out. First sight was a bunch of fobs smoking and being super obnoxious in front of the shop… When walking into the shop I thought it was nicely decorated and enjoyed the christmas music that was being played. Service was whatevers, the girls seem to hardly speak english. Im vietnamese myself but dont speak it so well, just to close friends and family. I ordered a large thai milk tea with honey boba which came out to $ 4.35… And my drink sucked… The boba was hard. Not chewy at all. I used to work at a boba shop and know that means the boba was either old or they didnt stirr it enough while it was being cooked. Thai tea was the worse ive ever had… I tried avoiding the awful boba but it killed it for me, i was over my drink. My friend got a green apple slush drink and didnt enjoy his drink much either. We both ended up throwing our drinks away without finishing it. Located in garden grove were theirs so many options to get boba I will not be coming back here. If they cant even make a decent thai tea i wont be willing to try any of their other drinks.

I’m not Vietnamese. I speak English and Spanish. I tried to order a decaf almond milk latte. The young, bright eyed, overworked twenty something year old barista gave me a glazed over look and just shook her head. What I gathered from her state of confusion was that they don’t have decaf. I ordered a soy green bean iced latte which was disgusting. Tastes like pinto beans in powdered goats milk. 2 stars because I have no idea what it should taste like, but they should have some sort of English speaking folk.

The place decoration is clean, but does not reflect a comfortable kick back boba place. The servers are on their average manner. Although the one that served us was a bit confused when we ordered. We weren’t aware that they didn’t accept cards, but they were nice enough to wait for us to get the cash. The drink was average, the typical milk tea drinks.

They really have some serious food up in here. I ordered two dishes and one was forgotten. Too busy playing on yo phone girls. Anyway, good food that is more like Vietnamese comfort food and excellent smoothies!!! Try the durian green bean. Or Sweet Lady. Thumbs way up.

My first impression when I walked in was ‚“Dang new coffee shop, fresh look etc” Both the server and the owner approached us in an unprofessional manner. They seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Everytime we asked them a question, they act confused can’t seem to answer. The drinks tasted old and the boba was hard They also didn’t have a cash register and did the math in their head which came out to be wrong and ended up over charging us. Giving us incorrect change is unacceptable. Despite this large error my bf and I still decided to tip them. Keep working at it

i4Coffee was the third place I dropped by after a trip to the gym. At 7PM on Sunday, Tastea and Tebo were too crowded; it looked like everyone and their moms were in those two establishments. So I decided to try this place out. I’ll echo the sentiment of the owner investing a lot of money on this place. It looks trendier than most of the surrounding establishments around this area. There was outdoor seating and the interior reminded me of Johnny Rocket without all the red furniture. When I walked inside, I felt really awkward because about seven people from three different groups of guests looked at me. So I quickly sat down at the stool at the counter. I was handed a menu, from which I ordered an almond milk tea with boba and pudding. However, they did not have any pudding, which is understandable given the time and day I visited this place. The drink came out quick, and I drank it while driving home. I thought it was OK. It tasted a little too bland, like it was slightly watered down too much. Furthermore, the boba did not have too much taste to them. They tasted like the bobas you would get at Banh Mi Che Cali, which are chewy and flavorless. Overall, I thought this place was pricier than other places in the area. However, they did have a bunch of promotions, which I did not take advantage of because I was alone. They only take credit card if your order is over $ 10.

This place is ok. They just mess up my order too many times after I even repeat my order to them. As for customer service, the people there are nice. When I first come in, they right away give me a menu. The setting there is really nice. I can tell they invest a lot of their time and money there. They have a good deals and option on their happy hour.

It was 7AM. and Almond haus and 7 Leaves were both closed… so unfortunately, I HADDDDDDDD to go here to get my coffee fix. Of course I was skeptical to try this place. There were a dozen old men sitting inside and outside of the shop and I couldn’t help but to feel uncomfortable. They served both food and drinks. I was looking for a quick pick-me-up so I ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk(café sua da). Somehow the total came out to be about $ 4, which is an outrageous price for your typical café sua da. You would think that the coffee must be out of this world, or perhaps used with finest ingredients since it was a little pricier than average. Nope. It was just regular café sua da that was quite diluted. If I could go back in time with a time machine, I would just go to Starbucks, Lee’s Sandwiches, or in fact, anywhere else besides this sucky place to get coffee. Save your money, time, and gas. You’re not missing out on much.

The prices listed there were somewhat high so it was disappointing that the taste was below average. I had their iced coffee blend, nothing special. I’d rather have walked across to Tastea

This review is purely for the Vietnamese Ice Coffee with Milk. I don’t think you can ever mess up Viet Ice Coffee. so if you’re skeptical about trying this place out, then you can stick to this drink by default. lolol It kind of had a hazelnut aftertaste, but it was still pretty good. It was $ 3.50 so a bit more on the expensive side? I was surprised to see that this place only had 2 reviews before mine. But also reading that this place was another place also helped. Hahaha. My friend got a passion fruit green tea with tapioca? The tapioca balls were kind of tasteless but the drink itself was pretty good. A bit on the sweet side. There’s a minimum for using card but the lady who helped us was pretty nice. This place is also located directly across from Tastea so there’s some competition. But then again, you’re in Garden Grove/Westminster and boba is everywhere. lol

This place sucks! I came here to try their drinks cause their sign said«ALLDRINKSBUY2GET1FREE»… Apparently it only applies for teas… So I ordered the strawberry fantasy tea(i think that’s the name) and calamari rings. I didn’t get my order until 20 – 25 min after because they made popcorn chicken instead of calamari rings. So I ended up waiting longer… And still didn’t receive my drink because they forgot about it too. So they didn’t make my drink until after the calamari rings were done. The sad part is… I was the ONLY customer getting togo. Their calamari rings were a rip off, there were like 10 rings total for $ 4 and the breading sucked. I guess the taste of it is something you wouldnt typically find at other places. Their drink was kinda tasteless, it seemed to be too diluted. ANDBECAREFULTHEYWILLOVERCHARGEYOU!!! I did not see a cash register, they calculate things using a calculator. My calmari rings were $ 4 and large drink was $ 3.64 and they charged me $ 8.50 when it was supposed to be $ 8.23. I mean that 27 cents is not that much and i can care less, but the problem is that they don’t have a set price and they will make people pay varying prices… And that popcorn chicken that they accidentally made for me, they ended up trying to sell it to these high school kids. Overall, I wouldn’t come here EVER again.

This place was previously Boba House. My initial reaction was that it’s very similar to Tebo Tebo in that you can sit down and order papaya salad, beef stew, assorted banh mis, or shrimp crostini to name a few, as well as flavored teas, slushies, smoothies, shaved ice, or yum-yums(not sure what that is). Right when we got to the bar, they set iced teas down for each of us, which reminded me of the coffee shops. I got the avocado smoothie, which shows on the menu as avocado milk & milking cow, to my surprise when it came out with rainbow jelly mixed in. The owner was enthusiastic when explaining that i4Cofee is creative and different than rest. It sure is. I’ve never gotten rainbow jelly in avocado before and since I’m not a fan of rainbow jelly, the drink just wasn’t for me. My boyfriend got the staple milk tea which was slightly flavored with the coffee jelly he added. Not bad. I wouldn’t mind coming back to try their food, so this rating is only for the two drinks I tried(eck rainbow jelly). Good luck i4Coffee! Oh, forgot to mention they’re having a buy 2 get 1 free deal to promote their grand opening, with a limited selection on the menu, but maybe if you smooch talk your way you could get any drink on the menu included in the deal. Also, I think the deal is only valid with LARGE drinks.
