Have been using their service for almost a year now. Loyal customer.
Recently they have been charging me 20% tip on top of 20% what I paid the driver in cash each time, so double tipping. Called to voice concern, but no follow up call or credit on my account. Taking my business elsewhere — see ya!

Made a reservation online. Received no confirmation email or anything.
Called three days later to make sure my reservation went through. Was told that they had it, everything was set and that they’d call me later in the week to arrange final details.
About 36 hours before my scheduled pick up time I received an email saying that they didn’t have any drivers available and couldn’t honor my reservation.
This place is a joke. Avoid it.
