I don’t know what the other people below me are talking about. I’ve never had an issue at this location. Beyond friendly and helpful. Lauren always makes me feel welcomed. And two other employees that always helps are an Asian chick and a Hispanic guy. Always smiling, small talk, helping me with anything I need. Thx you guys!

Horrible customer service. I am a licensed CA Barber and they would not issue me a card to purchase supplies. A lot of attitude from cashier and the manager without hearing any of the conversation, sided with her employee. I will never by supplies from this company. Save yourself some time, money and attitude and buy online!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Especially Lauren, the manager! So what happened was I forgot my Cosmo card at home so I told her I’ll come back with it and she told me I just pretend I have a card and try to go here and buy stuff. I buy stuff with my money, I don’t get it for free from her. What’s with the attitude ?!

Came in here to this Cosmoprof location after reading the review on Unilocal to check out the services and also grab some hair product for my new hair color. So what happen was I went inside the store to get shampoo and conditioner for my new purple hair to keep the color longer. I didn’t know much about hair product so I asked this guy who works there about which product is good. He was really helpful and answer all my questions. So that’s a three stars for him. The best part was the manager named Lauren was so fantastic! She was super friendly that she offer my husband a best price on his hair clippers. My husband said she is like a mom to a stranger. So basically everyone that works in there is so friendly that I have to give it a five stars rating. Btw u do need a Cosmo license to purchase the item, but if u forgot to bring it they are more than happy to help u look it up. So by doing that they deserve a five stars for sure.

The staff are very helpful and professional. I get consistent service and friendliness every time I shop. I recall the first time I started going here Lauren, the manager, was extremely helpful in helping me apply for my card. Since then she’s always given me that same treatment and has even helped me with a few «boo-boo’s» I’ve made myself.
It’s great that she small talks with everyone as well. I even brought my grandma along today and Lauren asked «Is this your mom?» (With a smile). And I said, «Oh haha, she’s my grandma.» After leaving my grandma said, «Lauren made my day!» Haha. That’s just the type of personal treatment you get with coming here :] Lauren may have a strong persona about her but I feel that it’s because she knows what she’s doing and confident.
She also calls her regulars, «My babies.» If I recall correctly, which I think is super cute lol.

Terrible customer Service given by store manager Lauren. Im very disappointed on how this awesome company/​store is represented:(

prices are decent and the things are high quality, but customer service is everything! the store manager Lauren was so rude! my brother was there with me and he wasn’t touching anything, just walking around with me, and she starts to yell at him! «don’t touch anything. you better not touch anything or I’m going to send you outside. keep your hands in your pockets and stay in the front. if they (my family) have a problem with it, then they can go outside too! I don’t care.» rude, just plain rude. it almost made me not want to buy anything. you can’t treat your customers like criminals! he’s a little 9 year old boy for crying out loud. ugh never again. I love cosmoprof but not this location.

I love this cosmoprof I’ve been to others where they aren’t very nice. But the gg remember me every time I go and I always have great conversations! And always have my forever blonde shampoo and conditioner (:

The staff there are super friendly. This is by far the best Cosmoprof and I only shop at that location. Laura is awesome. Super nice and knows her stuff.

This beauty supply store is for professionals only. You need to have a cosmetology license to get a membership to buy things here. Lucky for me, my friend is a nails technician and she takes me when I ask.
OPI polish for 5.50 a bottle! That’s pretty much half of the price of what they run for. They have popular nails name brand that you will find in the salon. Too bad they don’t have Deborah Lippmann those polish run about 20 bucks.
Yes its sad. I have a collection of nail polish and I can only paint my finger nails when I’m not working, But my toes appreciate the festivities.
I also buy my shampoo here. My favorite is TIGI S factor Diamond Dreams. It contains diamond dust, cashmere and crushed pearls.
I am a sucker for packaging.

I love that they open at 8am!!! Sometimes I run outta something in the PM and need more of it for the AM. The staff here is super friendly with me and it doesn’t bother me one iota whether or not they know about beauty products, so long as my items ring up correctly – especially the ones on sale. I just make it a habit now to double check the total before paying. Def my fave supply stop (beside Pro Beauty in HB), I’m lucky it’s across the street from the salon.

You have to be familiar with the professional hair salon products otherwise you’ll just be lost. You must be a member. I go for their OPI nail polishes. At $ 4.50 each, it’s a steal!

As much as I love going shopping for beauty supplies. This cosmo-​prof employees, do not know what their talking about. I’ve been here about 20x’s and left every time asking myself did that just happen? I came in to get the opi axxium gels. The employee told me «honestly it’s in the back and won’t be on the shelves until next week. Seriously she couldn’t go in the back and get it for me? How often do people go in there anyways? I just don’t understand cosmo-​prof anyways. The employees don’t know anything about beauty products.
