Dahn Yoga Garden Grove is successfully continuing the process of self-​discovery and healing that I gladly started, in a different Dahn Yoga Center, on April this year.
It is so impressive the immediate improvement I have had in the different aspects, in my life. After facing some difficulties, my general health (physical, mental, emotional) was affected, and in what it seemed to be an unstoppable chain of up and downs no matter the exercising at the gym I was practicing, the care I would put on my eating habits, the complete sleep hours, stress would remain and its undesirable consequences: head, neck, shoulder aches, intestine disorders, surgeries, emotional instability. Fortunately, I count on a strong will and on a profound spirituality that made me to search for a remedy to all of the above: Dahn Yoga!
Dahn Yoga Garden Grove has not only provided me of the tools I needed to apply on my continued healing but the love, dedication, professional instruction of its personnel, while I verify, in a daily basis, my evolution in every single, little aspect that compounds me.
