Too expensive guy seemed nice very polite but spending too much money on 1 bottle of polish is not my life style.

No stars! These people are liars and cheaters! I came in to buy gel polish etc. and when I got home all of them were discolored. I wasn’t from the area so I had to have them shipped back. The guy that worked there told me that they would pay for the shipping costs. So 2 weeks later I called them to check up on my stuff they had never even opened the box. Omg! The owner is so rude! He over charged me for everything! I asked him to just exchange the polish for something else. So he decides to over charge me for everything. $ 25 for gelish basecoat? Are you serious. That’s how much people sell for basecoat and topcoat. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything here. These people are dishonest and thieves.

There are at least 5 of these nail supply stores that I know of in Garden Grove, all within a mile radius of one another. Beauty 20 is my go to for Essie Polish because of the price, $ 3.75 a piece, but you can a better deal when you buy a lot, which I always do. It’s true they do not have the most selection of Essie but the ones they have are pretty current, they also always have the new collections, and if you ask they may een give you those display cases they normally give shop owners. OPI is a little expensive here at $ 5.50 a piece, but they do have a great selection here. The staff are always nice, you just have to greet them first. The thing that people complain about here is that the staff are rude, here’s what I think… It’s a «Culture» thing, don’t get that twisted with being «racist» because that is not what I mean. I say it’s a «culture» thing because some cultures are just not as uppity and welcoming as other cultures, I have a couple of vietnamese friends and they may seem rude to other people because theire voice «pitch» doesn’t go up when they greet people, they are just mellow and reserved. Again, that’s just what I think, so giv’em a break, they are not that bad. PEACE!

I went there again and this time I was wowed by the owner of the store. He was stocking the shelves and was extremely helpful and nice. He showed me some of the new things they had got in (Nicki Minaj Minis by OPI!!) and when I paid for my order, he gave me a mini bottle of Seche Vite along with a ginormous bottle of hand sanitizer for free… nice! This will definitely be my go-​to place for OPI.
