Thomas Weiss originally launched his own practice in 2002 after working for other law firms for 5 years. After some business ventures, Mr. Weiss established Thomas Weiss & Associates, P.C. where he focuses on real estate litigation, lien law, and divorce/family law. The focus includes such matters as foreclosure defense, commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters, property disputes, mechanic’s liens, garagemen’s liens, divorce, child support, custody, spousal maintenance and equitable distribution.

Business Owner
Thomas Weiss is a skilled attorney with over 16 years of diverse in-house and law firm experience, including over 10 years managing a private practice.
Mr. Weiss has successfully represented clients in complex jury trials and in appellate cases, with an excellent track record in high-level litigation.
Mr. Weiss is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association Real Property Law Committee and Matrimonial Law Committee.
He was client distinction awards in 2014 and 2015
2003 Businessman of the Year awarded by the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Business Advisory
Council, the 2006 National Leadership Award bestowed by the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Business Advisory
Council and the MDA Golden Handcuff Award awarded by the Muscular Dystrophy Association for raising money for the cause.
