Following a December 2013 soft-opening, the Garden City Mac & Melts location has found that there is considerable demand for fast-casual macaroni-and-cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches, also referred to as «melts.» In response to diner trends and approval, Mac & Melts has fully expanded its menu to capture a wide range of tastes for both fans of classic dishes and modern revisions
