History

Established in 2012.

Exodus Technology Solutions was created to reform the PC repair industry by focusing on residential services. Most companies prefer selling new products over repair services and thrive off of business contracts. We do support several businesses, but our costs are designed for the average residential client. Our services are also expanding into other parts of the field and currently offer web design, PS3 repair, Xbox repair, Wii repair and SEO with our computer repair solutions.

The company management formed this company after watch several failed repair businesses exit the market due to their pricing and lack of customer service. Our aim is to help build the metro Detroit area and profit with it by offering a high level of affordable technology services to everyone. Networking with our clients and affiliates to improve our surroundings and provide a new level of competition into the market.

Thank you for reading, my experience is mostly customer service related and various forms of IT. Starting my college days with law and continued into business while being trained in equipment troubleshooting for a company. After running the customer support for some larger firms, I decided it was time to move into technology. Later on, I formed new ideas on how a PC repair company should operate and profit. Then created Exodus Technology Solutions with intentions to change the face of computer repair forever.
