After several years of criminal litigation, I turned my attention to learning the civil law, specifically Personal Injury Law. Working for Wall Street law firms for ten years, I became highly skilled in all accident and injury cases, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Construction Site Accidents and all injuries caused by the fault of others. My abilities and excellent reputation as a trial attorney caught the attention of the large, Florida-based law firm Morgan, Colling & Gilbert (now known as Morgan & Morgan), and they hired me for the sole purpose of bringing lawsuits against Nursing Homes in New York that provided insufficient care to its residents.

In May 2003, I began practicing law as my own law firm and shortly thereafter, a partnership was formed with Nicola Bandel. Here we are now, more than ten years later.

I look back at my life and I know that through hard work I have earned the success that I have achieved. For twelve years as a young man, I worked my way through high school, college and law school as a counterman at a very popular and busy kosher deli, where I learned what it was like to work hard, and I have always maintained that work ethic. During my professional career, I have always distinguished myself from my colleagues by my willingness to put in the extra effort. I believe that if I work harder than my adversary, my client will come out ahead. This belief has been proven true time and time again.
Over the last ten years, I have continued my legal education and have expanded the areas of the law in which I practice to include Family Law, Real Estate closings, and drafting and probating Wills and Trusts and all Estate work, becoming very experienced in these areas and earning a reputation for being meticulous and diligent.
