I also had a bad experience with the office manager yelling. The hygiene visits are good, office itself is new and clean but this woman is horrible. I asked what happened to another dentist that was working there and she said she «bodily threw him out». This was two weeks before she opened crazy on me. Sadly, dr asadorian either does not know or does not care. I went to another dentist and said «how come you stopped going to dr asadorian, is it the office manager» I laughed and he told me he is getting many of his patients because of Kathy the manager.

This office has been in the town for decades. I’ve been a patient there since I had my first cleaning when I was four (which was a while back)! This dentist has done stellar work on my teeth and my parents teeth as well. We’ve had cavities, crowns and fillings all done at his office with him or one of his other doctors. There has never been a problem with any of the work my family and I have had done there. Despite opposing opinions, the office manager has been with the location for many years and is nothing but polite and helpful to all the patients. They are extremely accommodating with payments and insurance (credit) options. Dentist work can get expensive, so it’s nice that there are options in payment. The office was fairly-​recently renovated, and everything is comfortable and clean. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment, and once in a chair, the procedure begins reasonably quick. I lived upstate for a few years of my life, and the dentistry didn’t even compare to Dr. Asadorian’s. I ended up having a crown replaced because my dentist in Albany didn’t do it properly!
There is a level of professionalism in this office that is unsurpassed by any other offices in the area. The quality of service is above the status quo and if you ever have a problem, it’s nothing that Dr. A couldn’t handle.
It’s fair to say I would recommend this doctor to anyone needing a procedure done, or in the area looking for a new dentist. There are a lot out there, but I bet you would be hard pressed to find an office that treats you as well as this office.

One of the most unprofessional offices I have visited… take this advice and find someone else. The office manager is an absolute horror show. Not sure why the doctor keeps her. She requested I pay before my cap was fitted and when i told her I didn’t appreciate her doing that, she started yelling at me in the waiting room. When I spoke to Dr. Asadorian about her, he only apologized for her behavior. He seems to be an ok dentist, but I would never recommend this office to anyone!

Absolute WORST office. The office manager is an absolute horror to deal with. She is extremely unprofessional and completely lied and mislead me on all the charges made. Before I even had dental insurance she told me they didnt discuss prices of cleanings over the phone because their prices were so low. She talked me into coming in anyway and that the office would «take care of me», giving me an extremely low price… with the discount i was promised, it cost me $ 175!!! I asked the girl at the front desk what a basic general cleaning normally cost and she gave me a quote of almost $ 400! At my cleaning, they told me I needed a few fillings, and needed 2 of them changed. When i got insurance they told me everything was covered, and highly recommended a mouth guard ((which i later found out cost $ 600)). The female doctor, started my fillings and then left me in the room for 45 minutes! When i got up and went to check what happened she was working on another patient while I sat there and was on time for my appointment. She did all of my fillings expect one and then said «come back, and we will do the last one another time»… why I dont know. Why i didnt say — ive been here 3 hours already just finish it, i dont know. When all was said and done they mailed me a bill for over $ 2000! I called numerous times and was pretty much told that if I didnt pay it they were sending me to collections. Luckily I hadnt picked up the mouth guard yet, but they insisted I had to pay it anyway because I was fitted for it. My mother reported this office to the better business bureau calmly explaining what happened, and the office manager told them we threatened her saying «we will get you, just you wait», «your office is going down» — absolute ridiculous comments. The BBB called us back to let us know they spoke to the manager and did not believe her. Amazingly enough, a coworker of mine just had a similar issue with this office, the only difference was the office cashed a check from the insurance company to pay for a procedure AND charged my coworker, and did not want to reimburse her. This office manager will be the reason this office goes out of business. I have never personally dealt with Dr. Asadorian, but i have to assume that he is completely unaware of all the issues at hand. Id like to believe he is a smart person and if he knew better would never trust this woman!
