A A A Party Rentals

About 4 months ago I reserved a high peak tent with triple a. The tent was delivered a few days in advanced and to my dismay it was a frame tent. I called the company to inquire about the confusion and to see if there were any other options for my sisters special day. I spoke with Mike who seemed to be insulted as I suggested he made a mistake with my order. He acted as if it wasn’t possible and he assumed I ordered the wrong product. Unlikely as I have worked for any event planning company in the past and I know the differences between tent types. My order was done over the phone because I live out of state so I decided to just try and make the tent work. However, when I arrived to my NY home the tent was filthy, dingy, and extremely worn. It looked like a dirty circus tent. Stay away from this Mike guy who was unapologetic and I didn’t think the product was worth the price, especially not with his poor customer service. They also charge to layout chairs and tables and while I’m sure they are not the only company who does it I have never worked with one who has. And when you are spending 1,000+ dollars on certain products — especially a used one some things should be complimentary. After a couple of rentals the product is already paid for. Don’t rip people off. Clowns.

AAA Rentals is a wonderful establishment. They are professional and operate in a timely fashion. Right before the July 4^th holiday, I worked with Mike in picking out tables, chairs and a tent for my mom’s surprise 60^th birthday party. Without his help, I would have rented the wrong items! As promised, the set-​up guys arrived on time and they set up everything on the same day of the party. They then picked up everything the following business day. There was no hassle and no fuss with the entire process. I highly recommend AAA party rentals and will be using them for my family’s future events!

The only reason this place has 1 star is because you have to check at least 1 star. I was looking for very specific chairs and when I found that AAA Party Rentals had inventory I was ecstatic! Too bad Linda, the secretary is the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with in the history of my career as an event planner. As I was trying to work with her to solve a situation we were facing she told me flat out to stop asking questions that she does not have time to answer. She refused to work with me and try and work on a solution so I can give them their business. As an event planner, I will never recommend a client uses this company and will not be going back to them for any business.

Just called to ask a few questions regarding pricing and I was totally blown off. I was told «We’re very busy right now». I understand being busy but they could have offered to take my # and call me back. I got nothing…
«We’re very busy… CLICK» — Really? Because I was just going to rent supplies to accomodate 200 + people. Tables, chairs, tents, silverware etc… Their loss. Never doing business with them again… I have rented on a smaller scale from them in the past.
