We went here around Halloween, I think it was the day after but the bar was having a Halloween party. We didn’t know so we didn’t dress up, but we were celebrating our friends birthday (which was on Halloween).
For a small, hole in the wall place the DJ was really good. However, I do find it really weird when small bars try to make it overly dancey. There’s no space and the atmosphere doesn’t really fit. So while there were drunk people in costumes dancing in the small area in the back, we were in the front drinking and chatting without a thought to dance. And for not being in a typical bar area it was a nice to have every one stay in one place other than bar hopping. Our friend knew the bartender and we got amazing deals on the drinks (even a few free yay).
