Burger King

I don’t normally eat fast food but now when I do, it won’t be here. I sat down to eat my «meal.» As I’m eating I am swatting flies away from my naturally formed chicken sticks. Mid bite of my cartilage packed burger, I locked eyes with something from across the restaurant. At first I thought nah this couldn’t be what I think it is. Then the eyes scurried closer to my view. Yup that’s a mouse. Now as a man I’m not afraid of mice, but this thing was coming right at me so I collected myself wiped away my tears, got up threw my meal in the trash. Which is where it probably came from originally. Then I said this gives me a reason to write my first Unilocal review. Staff was nice though.

Horrible drive through service. My order is always wrong and the staff is always rude. Best to park and just walk in.

If I could give this a negative 5, I would. There was a BUG in my iced coffee. A mother effing bug in my mother effing coffee. Not cool, Burger King. Not cool at all. Someone from their corporate offices really needs to get over there and do a complete overhaul of their staff. They’re all miserable, they hate their jobs and the quality of what they sell shows that. Thank God we were able to get our money back. I wouldn’t go near this Burger King ever again. Not even if I was starving. I’d rather eat my hair to tide me over until I find better food.

Second time in a row I have received cold fries from this place. Avoid, particularly an hour or so before they close.

Drive thru service is horrible here but it’s always clean and well lit inside.

There is nothing I love more than a Cherry icee float. F –L-​O-​A-​T!!! That means there is to be ice cream on the bottom, cherry on the top, deliciousness all the way through.
Now, I’ve been in here plenty of times. and I’ve ordered my icee float PLENTY of times. How many times out of, say 15 did they get it right? …Maybe three!

Omg. You don’t know how frustrating it is. After maybe the first 2 times they forgot to put my ice cream, I got in to the habit of ordering it and reminding them as they made it to put ICE CREAM in my cup! These clowns are so silly. How do you forget the ice cream when I JUST told you? Of course they never forget to charge me for the float. That’s more money. Of course they remember that. but to actually give me what I asked for ?? Could never happen.
Ugh. For that they get one star.
They aren’t particularly slow. And never really too crowded. They simply don’t listen. Avoid them.

just wanna say that i have had a good experience visiting this location as far as service, cleanliness and promptness. Not going to comment on the food as it’s BURGER KING ppl, but the girl in the drive thru on the mornings we go is always super fast, friendly and always says hello to my kids as well –that rarely happens in the drive thru these days. She’s awesome!

If it were possible to give this restaurant no stars I would do it without hesitation. Today I went for breakfast here order 2 sausage biscuits hash browns and cinni minis. This was the worst breakfast I ever had in my whole life from any Burger King. I used to work in Burger King when I was a teen and I always found McDonalds to be better.
About the food the two sausage biscuit were horrible it should have been called sausage scone because the so called biscuit was literally that hard. I can’t believe at 8 am the biscuit could be so hard. My guess is that they saved this from yesterday or at least a week ago. Last time I remembered biscuits were suppose to be light and fluffy. Anyone correct me if I’m wrong. On to the hash browns don’t know what they were cooked in but they were also horrible. Just touching them I felt my arteries clog. There had to be more oil on these than what spilled in the gulf just recently. Next came the cini minis they were the worst only God knows how long they’ve been kept around.
Overall this restaurant is bordering on horrible I dont see how they are still in business. Also the drive through is very slow.
In closing if you want a fast food breakfast venture down to the Mc Donalds further down Jericho Turnpike they are much better than is Burger King. If they took the time maybe they can learn something from this Mc Donald’s.

Oh Burger King… so bad but so good. This particular location is really a horrible drive-​thru as the last reviewer noted. I ordered a Whopper meal and as I pulled up to take my bag and got something completely different (think is was a chicken sandwhich not even close). The communication between customer and the teller is getting worse. I would go through the details of the comical conversation but it goes on too long and boring. (‘large coke please’. Large coke? ‘yes’. Large? ‘yes’.) You eventually get the right Burger King order but in the end it’s just Burger King and you should not have ordered it in the first place. I mean, those Whoppers are soooo packed with artery clogging goodness. I mean, it’s like lifting a couch to your mouth sometimes.

Beware this location if you hit the drive through as they constantly make mistakes — you MUST check your order before you drive off. Although, to be honest, before I figured out the problem, I got back to work, opened my bag and had 2 whopper meals– when I had ordered a quarter pounder…
The food is standard issue Burger King.
