Wow, I finally passed them while they were open. Original prime rib sandwich was ok, Mac and cheese with bacon was awful and I threw it away. Will not return

Great concept. Stupid name. Needs a class in marketing. Great meaty dogs but not convenient to eat. Needs a major rethink. VERY questionable food safety practices. Prime rib– not a POG-??? Raw and filthy. Has great potential though… Please see the light.

Terrific! We stopped here because we heard they had a hot dog wrapped in pizza and had to try it. It was delicious. We also tried the prime rib which was fantastic. Lots of great choices like adult mac n’ cheese with bacon. They do take out, catering or they have picnic tables in a little pavilion where you can eat. The staff was super friendly and we will be back soon.

Strange name(POG = Pizza hot dog), but this food truck/caboose really is a treat on the corner of Rt 10 and Rt 340(in Gap, PA close to Coastesville)! Sure you might think they ‘just’ roll up a hotdog in a slice of melted pizza — but they use the top notch ingredients and hot dogs(Kunzler brand). That makes it stellar and worth a trip back. I wished I lived closer, but that would be dangerous as the menu has a lot of other tasty items besides the POG(such as prime rib and pork loin, all homemade and slow roasted). Note — open Tues-Sat only 11am to 6pm, and closed Sundays and Mondays.

Really outstanding food for a food truck. At first glance looks pricy but the quality and quantity justifies the price. Also can’t go wrong with the friendly cook/owner what a nice guy! Maybe extend your hours beyond dinner?

On my way back from State College, I noticed this little food truck before turning on to route 340. They were already closed(they close at 6pm), so I decided to check them out today around noon. To my surprise it wasn’t your typical food truck with hot dogs and fries. Here they sell prime rib sandwiches and something called a pog which is a Kunzler weiner wrapped in a slice of cheese pizza. Feeling daring, I decided to try the hot pog with a side of homemade habanero hot sauce. The pog came out fresh and hot and with the first bite I could tell that the ingredients were of very good quality. Overall I thought it was pretty good and will definitely get one in the future. I had to take one star off though primarily because the place is pretty expensive.
