I had addressed concerns about the service provided and the supervisor was inappropriate and extremely rude.
I brought this issue up with the CFO and she did nothing. The CEO wanted to speak to me, but has yet to contact me.
I brought up my concerns about untimely service. Instead of making it right, the supervisor immediately cancelled our contract without notice instead of doing the right thing and continue the service.

I used to use them with my old house and was very happy with my service. I moved to another location and the lot size went from 0.4 acres ($ 40 per mow) to 0.6 acres ($ 110 per mow). I expected a slight-modest increase in my rates but they wanted almost 3x the money to mow!
I left several messages with the dispatcher and they NEVER got back to me. I wanted to explain my situation and how I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years prior but they wanted nothing to do with me. If that’s how they treat their customers, you shouldn’t be a new customer for them.
