I found CJ’s through Unilocal after my aging Subaru broke down on the interstate one evening. Despite being busy, they took the time to thoroughly research and scope out the problem — even working over the weekend to help get me on my way faster.
The work was conscientious, their communication with me was excellent — I cant recommend them highly enough.

CJ’s Auto is as honest and as prompt as you could hope for in an auto repair shop. They are currently working on a car that my girlfriend and I have brought into them multiple times for various tune-​ups and repairs. Today, my jaw dropped at the figure they quoted my girlfriend for a brake line replacement because it was a tiny fraction of the percentage I paid to have the same thing done to my previous car at the Midas on Central Ave in Colonie. Their prices for everything they have done to this point have been well below quotes I’ve received from other area garages.

First time customer today. Jeep dead in driveway. Throwing codes, and turning over but not firing. Called AAA after first calling CJ’s to tell them I would like to be a new customer. They said to bring it down, may get to look at today. By noon AAA towed my grand cherokee down there. By 3:00 they called and told me to pick her up. Reasonable price (Crank position sensor), and did my NYS inspection. Not bad in and out in 3 hours WITH great communication. I will be back.
