Grandmother scheduled 2 appointments with her. Both times she no-​called, no-​showed and never returns calls. Horrible way to run a business! Will not recommend to anyone.

Had an appointment scheduled for yesterday in the afternoon. We did not set a specific time, since I work nights, I ask for something later in the day. Before heading to bed yesterday morning, I sent a text message to both her cell phone and email address (the way we had been communicating for the appt). I received no response and she never showed up. I still have not heard from her. Not a way to do business. I will not be calling her again.
