I was very disappointed. First the repairman asked for the password to my WIFI router because he was getting bad cell phone reception. Then he gave me at estimate. Required full payment before doing anything — said it was company policy.
I explained that state law limited and authorized a 10% down payment for any services. He said company policy. I said good bye and paid $ 70 for the call. I will be buying a new washing machine.
My recommendation, either they comply with the law or stand to lose business. Never again with them.

We have used L&S many times over the years but I have to review our last experience with them. Our Refrigerator quit out of no where on a Friday. Yes worst possible time. L&S comes to take a look at it and sure enough the compressor is shot on the unit. Now I am in panic mode the technician was amazing and said they sell refurbished refrigerators in their office my husband and I drove down. They had an amazing selection and great prices we picked one out and got a great deal off since the tech was just at our house. The tech actually had it delivered that afternoon so we were not without refrigerator over the weekend. I was so thankful and recommend them to all my friends and family!

I called them about a dryer problem and was given some great advise right there on the phone. I tried the solution we talked about and come to find out it was not the problem so, I called them back and set the apt. The guy who came out was very professional and helped find the problem which ended up being electrical. I was totally pleased with the service and felt I was treated fairly.

Zero stars if could. I would not recommend anyone spending any money here. I got a dryer about four months ago and it crapped out. Called them and they said no warranty after 90days so now I’m out $ 200. Great family business that doesn’t back anything up. I say save your money and just buy a new unit that will last way longer then four months. They got me but never again and I hope people read this and think twice.

This is the second time we have used L & S Services and they did an awesome job! I called in the afternoon on Wednesday and they had someone out the next day, they were professional and quick with the job and my washing machine is back working like new! We will only ever use them for our service needs, you can’t beat their prices or their customer service! Thanks guys!

First time I called I got the voicemail and left a message. The next morning I called again and left another message. My 3rd attempt was around 3 pm the same afternoon, finally got a answer. The lady was nice and pleasant. Unfortunently after her reviewing what I needed, they could not help me and refered me to contact the manufacture of my appliance. So I did, then phoned L&s again explaining to them what the manufacture had told me. Their technician was already gone, so she said they would call me back the next morning. Well they never called me back. I like to give local business my business but in this case I feel like there service was bad. Turn around time for returning phone calls horrible. Would not recommend them.
