Enchanted Bounce House

We have used Enchanted Bounce House many times over the years. We have rented houses for birthdays and just for fun. They are always prompt with delivery and the staff is friendly when setting up. Communication is excellent, I’ve gotten confirmation emails and phone calls. If they ever run behind we have always received a call with an ETA and they have always followed through

We rented a 4-​in-​1 bounce house water slide, generator, snow cone machine, and tables and chairs for a family reunion in June. They delivered early on the day of the event, and were very friendly and helpful. They set up the bounce house and explained how to use everything. With any questions or concerns, I was able to call them and they answered my call and question right away. I also found out that they are under new ownership, and they sent a survey for feedback, which I appreciate.
The party turned out GREAT thanks to them. I definitely recommend them. The kids and adults loved the bounce house, and snow cone machine. The tables and chairs were life savers because we ended up having so many people show up, and they were much sturdier than expected.

ENCHANTED bounce house was great. They delivered early and picked up on time. Customer service was great on the fone and Jacob was a dependable and hard worker. Only one days notice and they were able to accommodate me. Kids loved it and the prices were great.

I have used Jolene’s Enchanted Bounce House a couple times now. If I have to leave a message, my call is returned immediately. Their delivery is spot on, as well as their set up. Customer service is wonderful & a joy doing business with her. Any issue & they came right back to my home. One of the best things is her pricing, best I’ve ever been quoted, & hassle free! Will always use for any party!!!

Aside from calling them and not getting a callback and having to call again. We ordered Cinderella for my little girls 6^th birthday and it was perfect. She did limbo with a feather boa, story time, glitter tattoos for all the kids, (the boys loved this part), the game where all of the kids hold the parachute and try to bounce the balls off of it, duck duck goose and Q & A. Plus the birthday girl got a royal coronation and was presented with a tiara. She stayed in Character and entertained for a full hour. I highly recommend getting this Cinderella for you next little girl party.

I used enchanted bounce house last year for my sons 4^th birthday and it was so easy and they were so friendly and helpful. It was my first time renting a bounce house and I literally didn’t have to lift a finger with anything, just to pay for it. They came out to set up and take down and the driver was super friendly and most of all trusting. I’m using them again this year for his 5^th birthday and would definately recommend them to anyone.

The absolute best thing I can say about this company is that they gave me a full refund. We rented a vintage style popcorn machine and a snow cone machine for our wedding. Neither of the items delivered on our wedding day looked remotely close to
The snow cone machine was suppose to look vintage. What arrived was an ugly giant bright blue plastic thing with no hose for drainage or holder for the cups.
The worst part was the popcorn machine. What we rented was the vintage style cart popcorn maker. What was delivered was the popcorn maker without the cart. The machine was so old that the red paint was faded to pink and the machine kept blowing our circuits. Apparently another customer broke the cart portion of the machine. They did offer to bring me the broken cart (this is their idea of customer service).
They don’t deliver what they advertise… what people pay their hard earned money for. You may end up with what you pay for, but if you are depending on the quality product shown on their website, you are more likely to be disappointed. Don’t be fool… find another company to rent from.
The one thing I wish I would have sone is asked for photos of the actual products, but it never occurred to me that a party rental company would deliver products so completely different than what they picture on their website.
Their products are junk. Their customer service is terrible. If you use this company, you’re a fool. There are so many party rental companies out there that actually deliver what they promote. Find one of them.

Used them for my son’s birthday party. How does this company have this many stars? Good on the phone customer service… on the event day… THEY DIDN“T SHOW UP!!! No calls, or anything. We called and called, the phone went straight to voicemail. Our kids party was ruined. 12 kids running around on a hot day waiting for the waterslide bounce house. I wouldn’t even think something like this was possible. I know there are a lot of good reviews but use this review as a word of caution, they may be be very reliable and you want a reliable company for a kids party.

Delivery was on time… Equipment was in great shape… Delivery people were excellent, the girl that walked me through everything was great! Good personality and very knowledgable… I got the castle jumper with a slid on the side of it and it was a huge hit… I will def be using this company again… I’ve seen two diff friends have probs with two diff companies so I was a little nervous but I had a great experience

I used this company a year ago for my son’s 4^th birthday at Gibson Ranch. I had originally booked with another company, but when I called to confirm my reservation the day before the party – they had no record of my order.
Frantically, I searched the web and found Enchanted Bounce House. Their selection was AMAZING! I’ve never seen the type of bounce houses these guys have. Their web site is awesome too and their prices were great. Booking the day before our event, I was skeptical they wouldn’t be able to accomodate us. But they DID! We booked an Incredible Hulk bounce house (and a generator) and all the guests loved it.
Delivery and set-​up were flawless. We were a little out of their delivery range, but asked them to waive the delivery charge and they did. They also have their own insurance (I believe) so were able to set up anywhere.
Tear down was great too. The young delivery guy even brought his dog out to play and hang out for a while longer than scheduled because our party was having so much fun on the bounce house.
I will always use these guys in the future. Repeat customers get $ 10 off too.

Enchanted Bouce House was great. The delivery was on time. They had every thing they needed included extension cords (it was at the farm). The placed it just where I wanted. They hooked up the water to the water slide to ensure that it worked. The two young people had a great hustle factor and were very efficient (a yound man and woman). Enchanted Bounce House was very, very clear about the terms and conditions.
They picked up the bounce house with no fuss. I was busy with the party still and they did not require my involvement. Thanks so much!

Was looking for a jumper for my son’s birthday party usually go threw Filo’s Jumpers but last time they forgot me and I had to call them they day of so I decided to try and find someone else. After a search online I found Enchanted Bounce House I contacted them online for some prices and was very happy to have a same day response. I do everything online so it was great to not leave my comfort zone :)
I ordered a water jumper slide, two tables with chairs and a snow cone machine… total $ 250.00 They arrived at 12:30 exactly when they said they would be here, guy was very nice set up the jumper told us how to use the snow cone machine… (even came with 3 flavors and snow cone cups) the pick up time was not until 9:00 p.m. When they arrived on time again to pick up was in and out.
The only reason for the four instead of five stars was because of the hose missing the straps at the top to keep it up so we had to spray the slide to keep our butts sliding down easy :) But over all a great company to work with and had a great time.
One more tip it was great to have plastic chairs and not the metal one’s I usually get they keep your butt from burning in the hot weather!
