The fastest service we have ever received! Honest and reliable, Brain provided us with a diagnosis and estimate quickly and our car parts were order and repaired in two days. I’ve had cars sit at a dealership for more time and for more money. I’m very impressed and will be back. Service was top notch!

Great customer service and pricing. Brian has been able to fix my BMW, Benz, and Corvette at a fraction of the dealer prices. He was able to locate a pinched vacuum line that controlled the A/​C vents and correct the problem even though I didn’t bring the vehicle in for that problem.
Worth the drive if you don’t live in the area. Brian and Bobby are the best, they always come through!

We had a really great experience here. Pricing was excellent! They threw in some labor (we had a huge repair) and gave us a small discount. Very nice people. I would def recommend them to anyone! I took my 2005 Nissan Maxima into Brians bc i was having problems with it, it was making so much noise and since i dont anything about cars, my boss Nelson @j&dautobody referred me over to Brians automotive. And he fixed EVERYTHING! i couldnt have been happier. i felt as if ive known the amazing couple for years! i even got a ride to work by the Owner Brian himself. He had my car done within ONE day. He had all of the parts ordered up within 1 day or 2. My Maxima runs great and i have no problems. And the price was significantly lower for me then anywhere else ive ever heard. but i just felt like i was taken care of so well. And the wife Bobbi is the sweetest person in the world. Family owned, Family run. My kind of business. Thank you so much for everything. i keep a pile of business cards in my personal wallet and they go like hot cakes. After another shop quoted me three different estimates for a brake job I took my car to Brians Automotive. I spoke with Brian and explained I used my truck for towing my trailer. Not only was his pricing way better, the parts were superior. My truck was done on time and I could not be happier with the performance. Even if you don’t live in Galt the service and pricing are worth the drive.

Received a quick, efficient oil change. The gentlemen helping me was very polite. Prices were extremely fair. I’ve found my new car mechanic. :)

Brian’s Automotive is the only place I will take my cars. Brian is HONEST, quick and does quality work. I’ve been to many mechanics who misdiagnose, but here I leave satisfied knowing they fixed the correct problem the first time. It feels good to have a mechanic I can trust. Bobbie who runs the front office is friendly, welcoming and always helpful. The shop is state of the art and immaculate. Pleasant waiting room and right next to «Squeeze Inn» if your craving an award winning burger.

This review is long overdue. I went to Brian’s Automotive about a month ago for brake repairs and an oil change. I found Brian to be very polite, professional, and friendly. There was a young lady working there, but I didn’t catch her name. She was equally as friendly and professional. Anyhow, Brian’s prices are VERY reasonable and he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or want. He completed the work in the time frame that he promised, which was pretty fast considering that he squeezed me in without an appointment! If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in the Galt area, this is it! I’m new to Galt and I’ll be taking my cars to Brian’s as long as he’s in business!

Someone above said that this is where you need to take your car for repair if you live in Galt. He’s wrong. This is where you need to take your car for repair if you live in south sac, Elk Grove, Sheldon, Wilton, Galt, Herald, Acampo, Lockeford, Clements, or Lodi. I was quoted $ 1,000 at another place for something, and I called Brian and he wanted $ 300+. Not only was it inexpensive, he was fast and professional. I will be moving out of Galt area soon, but will still take my business here.

They are awesome! I took my car in for the infamous check engine light. They were so sweet, professional, and helpful. It turned out being my gas cap, but they didnt charge me a fee to look at it! I highly recommend them! A+

If you live in Galt. This is where you need to take your business for your automotive needs. Brian is a great guy. It is extremely difficult to find a mechanic you can trust. I have a 2006 Dodge Charger which I recently surpassed the 100,000 mile mark! Booyah!
So why is Brian such a great guy? Let me tell you. The dreaded ‘Check Engine’ Light came on in my car on a Friday after work. If you’ve ever, ever, ever had a check engine light come on, we all know what that means. The bank is about to get broke! I drove up to Elk Grove Dodge early. They didn’t open until 730 but I was sure to get there early to be the first. I was there close to 7AM. The workers begin arriving around 655−7AM, they are outside having a smoke, making coffee I walk up thinking we were in business, they point at the sign stating they don’t open ’til 730, fine, I can wait. Meanwhile, people are lining up behind me, to the side of me also trying to get in early. Around 720 the guy decided he will begin taking in customers, so he walks to the car directly BEHIND me and asks them to come in so he can help them! WTF? Ok that’s fine. I’m next in line anyhow. When I finally get to the desk, first thing I ask if I will be able to be driven to work or if they offer rental car service cause I work in Lodi. The impression I got was that I was practically pulling this guys teeth out with no anesthetic! Brother… Oh yea, it was going to be $ 120, just for them to ‘look’ at the car. Geez. I was already a bit flusteredI made an executive decision. I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere and thanked them for their time.
I thought of Brian cause he actually changed my brakes out in my car, excellent job. I just didn’t know if he did engine light stuff, he does! Anyhow, bottom line he checked out the engine light, found out the last place I had my oil changed left my cap for the Radiator halfway screwed on which was causing my coolant to leak out leaving my reservoir near empty!!! This could have been a disaster (I will follow-​up with a review with the oil change guys, but I will still give them one more chance) Hmph! Brian only charged me $ 16, what it cost to fill the reservoir with coolant! Bless his heart. If he is capable of doing it, I will only be doing my automotive business here.
