Quality Inn & Suites

The staff is very friendly, lots of restaurants close to the hotel. Rooms were clean but could use a little touch up but for the price it was definitely worth it.

This is the third Quality Inn we have stayed at since we left for our cross country journey. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.
We would recommend this motel to you.

I don’t know why this place has so many iffy reviews. The room I stayed in is lovely and roomy. The breakfast was tasty, even though the person serving the food seemed a little unhappy to be there. No matter! Both of the front desk people were helpful and friendly. I was only going to stay one night, but it was a good place to rest up after days of driving, so I ended up staying another night. My dog seemed to like it there as well!

I slept well, of course after I was able to fall asleep. There were people partying outside on the second floor near our room, and they stayed up late. The walls are thin. Nice furniture. There were a couple stains I noticed on the bedding but it was comfortable. The shower creaked a lot when standing in the tub, and the shower head is not connected to the wall well. There was a light out above the sink, but the AC worked very well! There is no elevator to the second floor, which was a hassle with a lot of bags. We paid over 100 $. Not worth it. I would have paid a lot more to get better quality.

Not so nice. Breakfast was nothing but a plate of starch. The server didn’t replenish hot eggs or bacon till told they were empty then 15 plus minutes to replenish. Same with coffee. One would think that a room full of guests one would keep cooking and filling the serving platters. The room. Plumbing in tub disconnected from wall. The shower head sprayed from the pipe. The bed was bouncer than a trampoline The bedding and towels are well used. The pool had a dusty linty scum. The front desk said «sorry about that». Ok. Do away with unhealthy breakfast and reduce the rate. This location belongs in the $ 49 rate.

Day Two of my eastward California-​Colorado trek found Tiggy and me here for the night. I was fortunate to find this place when one of their competitors a few doors down said they wouldn’t take Tiggy. After a long drive, it was heavenly to just plop down, take a shower, and have a good night’s rest. The thank you gift bag with the water, orange, and a granola bar pack was a nice touch, as well as the little lobby restaurant serving breakfast. I just grabbed a cup of their excellent coffee, as I was energized and anxious to hit the road. Overall, a nice experience.

This was the last place in Gallup along I-​40 with a vacancy last night, and I can see why after staying here. The room smells like pesticide, there are weird stains, the carpet and furniture are old, and there’s no elevator to the upstairs rooms. This place is a «motel», not an «inn». The bed and pillows are comfortable, but I can only imagine what kind of biological matter exists on them. Ugh!

The room wasn’t the cleanest but the staff did everything they could to make my stay pleasant. I alerted them to the issues in my room and she apologized for the trouble knocked 10 bucks off my bill and gave me a complimentary bag with fruit and a granola bar along with 2 bottles of water. Which was nice. It keeps me from having to stop off somewhere. Now I can get back to my travels. Kindness goes a long way with me and there is plenty of that at this hotel.

A nice enough place; unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of order during my Christmas Week stay. Also I like to use the tread mill for a bit when traveling, so disappointed there was no exercise equipment. My main gripe; the cable channels had CNN, HLN, Fox, but did NOT offer MSNBC. AlI other inns I’ve been staying in during this cross-​country travel week offered customers a choice. I’m annoyed at being compelled to comply with this franchise owner’s news and politics sensibilities!

We got in about 8:30. The night manager was very nice. The first bad thing was the price. I should have booked it through AAA first, that was my fault. But she was charging me an extra 20 bucks when I could book the room online on their website for 109. So I told her I would book it online, and she changed the price. Then I wanted to pay cash. Okay, there was a $ 100 dollar cash deposit, as well as you have to give your credit card. So I paid for the room, gave them cash, AND they charged my card, still pending of course. She told me they just needed it «on file.» Well, it made those funds unavailable for me because it is «pending.» I should have just used my card.
Okay, so now on to the room. The first room we got, the card key did not work. So after a few minutes, we get another room. The card key worked like 1 out of 15 times you put it in the door. The door to the room was difficult to shut. I had to slam it every time. The bathroom door did not lock, but it did kind of latch shut. The room was very nice, and clean, so I thought. There was something wrong with the lights and the TV. Someone switched the plugs so when you turned off the light switch at the door, all the TV stuff turned off. I had to figure that out. The breakfast was pretty good.
Now here is the worst part. I GOT BIT BY BED BUGS! We traveled from New Mexico to Texas. Was wondering if I got in a swarm of mosquitoes or something, but now are they going to bite my foot with my shoes on??? I HAVE 45 BITES, mainly on the right side, the side I sleep on. DON’T GO HERE!!! My stay at the Red Roof Inn was way better!!! If I could give them Zero stars, I would.

This place is Getto, Our group stayed 8 nights and nothing worked. The Pool, Ice Machine, Washing machine and bath rooms in the lobby all were out of order. The sinks in the room do not drain. There are many choices in the area and we will find be moving to a better place next year.

NIce price for a roomy, clean hotel suite with very comfortable beds. Great staff. Free cookies, popcorn, donuts, fruit… all that sorta shit in the lobby.

Super nice staff! Room was HUGE, comfortable beds, nice furnishings, and nice size flat panel TV. Large bathroom with good shower. No elevator for 2^nd floor rooms, and our non smoking room had been previously smoked in, but was very clean, and the free WIFI was fast. Nicely priced in comparison to the neighboring hotels, conveniently located to I40, shopping and restaurants. Pet friendly. Will definitely stay here when ever passing through Gallup, NM.
