Wing It

Hey I support the local hustle. This is a nice little take out place with a sweet lady running the place. She was very kind and the service was excellent, she even let us try the various homemade sauces. Give this place a try if you would like a quick take out place for wings but they do take about 20 min to cook the wings because she makes them fresh. Also any tips are given to charity.

For some reason I really wanted to like this place but there are a few improvements that need to be made for this place to thrive.
Pros:
— Homemade sauces
— Fresh product
— Small local business feel, staffed by owners
Cons:
— Weird hours
— No dining room
— Attention to Detail /​Presentation
I love that food is prepared fresh and sauces are homemade but according to the owner, once they run out of food they close for the day.
The printed menus to take home all have scratched out pricing and new pricing written in by hand.
I had the Mac and cheese with bacon which was just mac and cheese with crumpled bacon on top and not mixed through. Worst of all it was served in a 16oz styrofoam drink cup.
The medium sauce was pretty good as well as the spicy BBQ. You can try the sauces before you order but be prepared for a 20ish minute wait for your order to be prepared.
I get that it is a weird quirky kind of place but it’s not on the top of my list of places to return to or to suggest to others for that matter.
A different location with a dine in option could help greatly. Otherwise this place is just a pickup location for some average wings with homemade sauce.
