TrueTemp Heating & Cooling is a family owned and operated business. Ron, the general manager, has over 35 years business experience and Tim, the field operations manager, has over 15 years residential and small commercial HVAC experience.

Ron began TrueTemp Heating & Cooling along with his son, Tim in 2008 after 25 years in the pastoral ministry and 10 years as a business owner. Ron has been married to his high school sweetheart for 37 years and has two sons and two grandchildren.
