Tom’s Custom Kitchens and Baths

My husband and I met the owner when he installed some appliances through Art Handler. The work he did as an installer was fine. He gave us his card for future work we may need. We called him when we decided to upgrade our bathrooms. We ordered three vanities and a new shower door on May 27, 2014. The materials were paid for and he cashed the check on June 2, 2014. The vanities and shower door arrived. Despite many phone calls and emails, he never came back to install. We finally used someone else to install the vanities. That contractor was not able to install the shower door because Tom ordered the wrong size. More phone calls and emails. Months went by until he finally came by and admitted he ordered the wrong door. He promised to order the correct one. We never heard from him again. We filed a claim in small claims court but he never responded to that either. It’s now been a full year and we still have the wrong shower door sitting in our garage. If he ever makes this right, I’ll post again but please be aware.
