Poor communication and follow up during the initial proposal process. Left waiting with no callbacks or promised follow up that pushed my job back at least two weeks. I took that as a heads up to move on and hire another contractor. Word of advise… if your first impression of a contractor is a poor one cut your losses on the wasted time and hire someone else.
