All Seasons Salon and Spa

I went to All Seasons Salon and Spa the day before my wedding to have my hair blown-​out, a gel manicure, and a pedicure.
The staff was super friendly, and they did a great job on my blow-​out. The pedicure was OK – nothing to rave, or complain about. However, the manicure was pretty awful. My nails were shaped, then polish was applied immediately after, without the nail dust being removed or me being asked wash my hands. I asked for a french polish finish and the polish was applied very uneven and lumpy. There were even clumps of dried polish stuck under my nails after the manicure that I asked to have removed, but they were unable to do so. My cuticles were not cleaned or trimmed, even though I asked during the service if they would be addressed, and the manicurist said yes. The owner explained later on that to have my cuticles addressed, there is an up-​charge. I would have been happy to pay the up-​charge, had the staff informed me of that option when I asked during the manicure.
I was so disappointed, and in such a hurry to get to my wedding rehearsal that I didn’t complain and just left the salon. I then ran to another salon to have my nails fixed. I later complained to the owner of All Seasons, who explained that if I had said something at the time, they would have redone my nails there. I’m sure they would have, though I strongly believe that everything is worth taking the time to do correctly the first time, especially when providing a professional service. I did not want to risk the minimal time I had remaining to have All Seasons re-​do my nails and possibly have them turn out awful again.
I found out later that one of my bridesmaids went to All Seasons Salon and Spa the same day, following my visit, for a manicure and had a terrible experience as well. She did the same thing: paid, left, and went to another salon to have her nails fixed.

The place is neat and all the staff are great. They exude warmth and greet you with a smile. My hairstylist Caitlin did an amazing job. I am so satisfied with what she did to my hair. The finished product really gave me a wow factor. This products they use smell good, smoothened my hair and gave it a shine. What she did added more volume to my hair. I’ll definitely go back. Next week I have an appointment with Caitlin again for a facial spa… I’m satisfied overall…

I’ve been to this salon since the new owners have taken over and I’m impressed. They offer a wide range of services. I’ve had my hair cut, colored, toes pedicured and I’ve been waxed. The salon is clean, the staff is professional and appreciative of their customers. It’s a true gem in Galloway.
