Consistently messed up orders. Promises of a free pizza on your next order but not allowing for you to use any promotional specials and making any additions to your replacement order cost more.
I ordered three large pizzas for $ 27. They left off toppings and then tried to charge $ 23 dollars to add a cheese pizza to the replacement order.
The store manager nor corporate could give a darn if you get what you paid for. They just want your money.

I’ve been to this Papa John’s since I was little and it never disappoints. Pizza with sausage and pepperoni, garlic parmesan breadsticks, and cookie pie, which I remember when it was new. Yummy. And they have the best leftovers. This place is my favorite pizza place in town.

It’s Papa John’s pizza… so you know what you’re getting. They are reliable on pizza quality. They’re not very fast, and phone interaction with the staff… well, I don’t think they’re paid to be particularly polite or professional. That having been said, I had a recent hiccup with an online order that was categorized as carryout when we needed delivery. They remade our two pizzas and threw in the hour-​old ones. It was a nice gesture and not something you see every day.

All you really need to know about Papa john’s is garlic butter. That’s the first thing I think of, the second is the fact that at one point Papa John’s was trying to break a record of most pizzas given away, or cooked in a day, or something. So they supplied the entire Navy pacific fleet pizza. That was a pretty cool and gracious surprise when i was in the Navy.
This particular joint, you can order online, they deliver fast, and at a good price.

Never dissatisfied with Gallatin’s Papa Johns. Prices are generally higher than other local pizza chains but quality and service are something I don’t mind paying a little extra for. Order online for error free pizzas and faster delivery.
