No 1 Chinese Restaurant

Felt like chinese food tonight, but didn’t want to drive all the way to our usual grub spot by The Hendersonville hospital. After checking reviews on Unilocal,we went with this lil place only 2 mi from home. We made a great choice! I had beef lo mein and hubby had shrimp lo mein. They are both more flavorful than our usual place, but slightly pricier. I knocked off a star because they don’t offer spring rolls and the priciness. They were pretty busy but we received our food within 15 minutes. Service was fine. I’ll be back for sure even though they don’t offer spring rolls

First time I tried it I was impressed. Second time was better. A definite place to try. Angel hair shrimp is so good. Good portions and not too expensive.

First, let me say that I’ve been to China and have several close Chinese friends– I’ve had the real deal many times. Nothing in America, with the exception to a few restaurants in NYC and Chicago, come close to real «Chinese» food.
That being said, this is the best in the Gallatin-​Hendersonville area! Sure, it smells like dead fish some times, as does any landlocked restaurant that serves «fresh» fish, but the food is really good! My wife and I eat here 2 – 4 times a month.
If you’re looking for Chinese food in the area you can’t go wrong!
TIP: The lunch specials are the best deal!

Not impressed. The hot and sour soup was gluey, the orange chicken tasted like Tang, and the Mongolian beef was just gross. For the price you would expect better food. Will NOT order from here again.

It’s pretty average. I have just started looking for a good delivery Chinese place here. I will not stop my search here. They were on time, nice and convenient. A so-​so place.

These guys are as good or better than any Chinese delivery I’ve ever had. Kind if unexpected in Gallatin, but good food and fast delivery.

This cracker box of a restaurant does a nice job putting together your expected Americanized Chinese food. The hot and sour soup is always excellent and the hot and spicy dishes are generally just that.
My favorite is the broccoli and hot sauce while my son prefers the General Tso’s chicken.
Most of the business seems to be carryout but service is always friendly and they make the dining in experience feel like a more upscale experience than plastic cutlery and paper plates would lead you to expect.
This is always a favorite on the days when I forget to pack a lunch and portion sizes are large enough for two meals from each order.
If you’re looking for good, fast Chinese in the area, it’s worth taking a perk.
