Not too often that I get to be the first one to review a business.
The McDaniel Group operates under the Erie Insurance Group umbrella.
Jim & John McDaniel have been taking care of my family’s auto/​home/​condo insurance for over 30+ years. They are always very professional and prompt on EVERYTHING. * They do need to update their website though… looks like someone was paid to start it and then stopped abruptly.
With all of the horror stories out there with the major carriers, you still get the «small business» that cares feeling when you deal with them. Their rates are VERY competitive and they beat EVERYONE that I compared them to!
Hint: If you live in Virginia, chances are that your liability coverage is WAY TOO LOW. When my wife and I gotr married, I saw that the outfit let her get by with miimal coverage… basically, one small lawsuit from an auto accident, and she would’ve been toast… That was one of the things they red lined very quickly when I added her to my policy.
