I have used Servpro on several occasions professionally. The response time, pricing, and staff are fabulous. The work is completed quickly and efficiently. The staff are so clean, you would never even know they were there after each job. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality remediation company. Great work.

Servpro came out to dry out water that leaked from my neighbor upstairs. They decided to tear my carpet and lift it to dry it out. They were supposed to simply lift it so that it can be reinstalled after it dried out. The insurance company refused to pay because the carpet should have been lifted or if not salvageable, torn out and disposed of. Makes sense. I contacted the manager at Servpro and he sent someone out to try to repair the carpet. They then told me the carpet cannot be repaired(as I suspected) and told me there is nothing else they can do. Now I’m stuck with torn carpet and I have to pay out of pocket to have it replaced. They acknowledged that the carpet shouldn’t have been torn and I would have expected to be compensated for the damage.

These guys are great! Richard and his team have been in our house three times in the last three months. First, they helped us recover from a polybutylene pipe leak. Then, we discovered a leak under the sliding doors and needed their help again. Finally, they came to re-stretch the carpet in the areas that needed to be dried. The quotes for replacing the pad and stretching the carpet were from $ 425 to over $ 600 and they did a great job for $ 150. I hope I never have to see them again because that usually involves some kind of catastrophe, but I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed help. Also, they did a great job documenting the damage electronically and it was very useful when providing info to the insurance company and they set up these neat containment areas that kept the dust and dry air inside and separated from the rest of the house.
