Service King Collision Repair of Gaithersburg

I would like to give a review, the work they did was well done, but they have yet to complete the job and it has been over 6 months, and they have yet to contact me to complete the work.
Even the online rep tells me someone will reach out and no one ever did.

I just want to say that I had an awesome experience at Service King after my car got hit somewhere in my neighborhood, I didn’t know where to go to get my damages fixed, but they took my car in the next day no problems! My car was fixed before the scheduled time (3 days) and I was driving off with it looking and filling brand new! What’s even better is that they even washed, vacuumed and filled the tank of my car with LIFE TIME WARRANTY! Can’t get any better service than that!
If I ever have any problems in the future I will definitely be going to Service King. No, this is not a paid review this is the truth! Great experience! Highly recommended!

I received very poor service. They do not call you back and provide any status updates unless you call them and ask for the updates. They took 9 weeks after the accident to repair my car and it still was’t right. I would not recommend Service King.
When I signed off the paperwork to have an estimate and repair done I was told that Allstate gives them 48 hours to get the estimate done and they would call me with the estimate. When I didn’t hear after three days I called and asked and was given excuses for not having it done. I kept checking every few days and after 10 days they did give me the estimate and told me that it could take as long as 4 additional weeks to repair. They said they had ordered all the parts they needed. I thought that was long but considering I was going to be on vacation thought OK. They said they would call me an let me know how they were progressing. No call back on status after three weeks so I called them and was told that they were waiting for a harness that would take 3 – 10 days.
I called back after another week and a half to check and was told that it was painted and all put back together but he had to check with Allstate on one thing. After the call back from Allstate it would take about 4 hours and I could pick up the car the next day and he would call me. When I did not hear the next day I called and checked on the status. I was told they were waiting for at least three more parts. I guess I did not understand what he meant when he previously told me that it was painted and all put back together.
He said that he would call me with status but only ever did after I called an inquired. It still took another two weeks before they finished with my car.
In addition, to all the delays they did not have a front tag for the car so I had to go to DMV and get new tags and when I went to put them on there were no screws on the licence plate holder that they installed. Also there was no window washer fluid in the new container they installed.
I do not recommend Service King to anyone.
